Trying to decide if I go 350 or 375 high profile and my surgery is this week! (photos)

Im petit and quite athletic I'm 160cm and 52kg (5'3 and 115lbl) I uploaded me now and what I would like to achieve. If I want them to look like the photos which size would be better to go???

Lots of factors shade the decision to go a little smaller of a little larger.  Younger women typically should lean toward the higher range, older women should lean lower.  Petit women should lean lower, tall women lean higher.Athletic women should lean lower so their breasts don't get in the way of activities.  Attention should be paid to the base width of the breast, the implant base width needs to be similar, or the breasts will look unnatural.  Your target photos suggest you want very full breasts, and my intuition tells me you will be fine with 375, but all these factors above should be discussed with your plastic surgeon.  Good luck!

It is very difficult without assessing you in person to know if the implant sizes you mentioned will be a good size for you. The implant sizes you mentioned are minimal in difference. Keep in mind that implant size selection not only depends on your personal preference, but it also depends on your unique measurements. There are various types of implants that can help you attain the look you are going for. The high profile will have more fullness/roundness at the top. There are other implant types and profiles available that may give you the more natural look you desire. A thorough consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon will allow you to communicate what your desired result is and will inform you as to what is possible to achieve your goals. We have a device called the Vectra 3D imaging system that shows you what you will look like with any implant. It can also tell you the volume differences between each of your breasts in order to improve symmetry, if needed, with different size implants. Our patients are very happy with the choice of implant they make when using this system. Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. The variety of wish pics you've shown appear to be a variety of breast sizes. Keep in mind that your starting point and current anatomy will be different than theirs so wish pics can only be used as a very rough guide. If your Plastic Surgeon offered you either of these implants based on your in-person exam then you can safely choose either. The volume difference is slight and you appear to like breasts on the fuller side so you will probably happiest with the larger option. If you can't decide, ask your Plastic Surgeon to guide your choice. My patients find it helpful to try on the implant sizers with a form-fitting T-Shirt in the office in order to get an idea of how they will look.All the best

350cc Silicone High Profile! I have a patient that started off with the same size breast and had very similar wish pictures. You have to pick a implant based on the frame of your body. Have a full evaluation with a board certified doctor for the best results! Best of Luck!!

Breast implant type and size selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion of the pros and cons of the various types and sizes. But the decision will always start and end with the patient.  
  
When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements. 
  
Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match. 
  
Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.
  
You should discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Thank you for your question. "Tissue based planning" relies on your chest and breast measurements and is the safest way to ensure good long term results. Your surgeon should determine what size and projection are necessary to give you your desired result based on your body's measurements. There is not much difference between the two sizes. 25 ccs is less than two tablespoons, or equivalent to one notch on your bra strap. Many
considerations go into choosing the implant including measurements, desired cup
size and current breast tissue. I always tell patients do not get stuck on
the number.  A 500 cc implant on one individual will look completely
different on another individual.  The best way to pick implant size is
based on your breast and chest width and not the volume. As the implants get
bigger, they get wider. When the width of the implant fits the width of your
chest, it will look nice and fit your frame. If the implants are too small, you
will have a gap between them and they may look too far apart. If they are too
wide, they will make you look top heavy as they may be too wide and stick well
out past the sides of your chest. I prefer the underarm approach so there is no
scar on your breast.  A
board certified plastic surgeon who takes careful
measurements and talks to you about your cup size goals will be able to assist

You breasts look like an A+ cup to begin with.  The left breasts looks quite a bit larger than the right.  You are showing women with D cup or larger.  You will be disappointed with 350-375 cc.  As those will only make you a C cup.  A good rule of size is for a 32 sized frame you need to go 150 cc for each breast cup size increase so you want to be a D cup then around 450 cc should achieve that size.  If you are a 34 frame then its approximately 175 cc to achieve one cup size larger.  The other thing to do is measure what your maximum base diameter you can have to have the close cleavage that you are looking for.  This may be a high profile or an ultra high profile depending on the base diameter of each implant.  So you measure your maximum base diameter and then look on the implant chart sizes which match this diameter.  You select the profile to achieve the cup size you desire.   Hope this helps.
