Uneven breasts 15 months post-op - should I get a second opinion? (photos)

Based on your photos, it is impossible to tell whether your asymmetry will be corrected simply with an implant exchange.

I would like to know if your inframammary folds (IMF) are symmetrical. If they are not, this issue would need to be adresses perhaps with a capsulorrhaphy

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

If you are not comfortable with your surgeon, then go to another and get a second opinion. I would suggest discussing all your concerns with your first surgeon.

Yours is a difficult case to diagnose without a physical exam. From the one photo, it seems a larger implant on the smaller side may make them more symmetrical.
I would go for a second opinion just to ease your anxiety about a revision.

Only 1 posted photo shows volume asymmetry. And you post surgery history is quite concerning. yes seek more opinions whether in person or virtually. I recommend lift on larger hanging breast with exchange implant smaller breast to added 10 -200 cc's more. Fee expect $10,000.
