Currently have Mentor memory gel smooth round ultra high profile implants 270cc. 2 years post op feel like I could have gone bigger like 320cc. Surgeon chose the size for me, at the time of surgery I was 5ft and 140lbs, told I would be brought to a full C feel more like full B. His concerns were not going too big because of my height, sagging, and longevity of implants. Asymmetry is more noticeable and left breast has a higher projection no cleavage breast sit low and bottom heavy. What is recommended to correct this? Do I need a lift. Could go bigger? also looking to to lose 40lbs before next revision if needed, does that affect size?
Answer: Breasts You may need a lift to help raise your breasts and could possibly go a little larger. However, please do not go too large or you will just sag again. Also, loose the 40 pounds first and then see what needs to be done.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Bigger is not better You have a very nice result even though it did not meet your expectations. Your bra cup size depends on the bra you buy. They are not standard. Bigger implants will just make bigger hanging breasts, it does not make them sit higher. Implants don't change the shape of your breast, it only magnifies what you already have. If your breasts change with your weight, size will be affected. Your surgeon can measure your nipple position to determine if a lift is an option but even a breast lift won't give you breasts like that model. Talk with your surgeon about reasonable expectations.

Answer: BA results Dear vgopaul26, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Dissatisfaction with breasts The main issue is with your natural anatomy. Your left breast hangs lower and more lateral due to the curvature of your ribs. You appear to be a C cup now. Going larger will certainly make your breasts more full, but it will not significantly improve your cleavage, or change the shape you have now.
