I have Breast Augmentation June 2022! I knew something was wrong in the 1st few months, one bottomed out. Doctor said he would do a revision with either mesh or Cadaver skin, I'll have to pay for operating room only. Will this work to fix issue? I was also wondering would it be a bad idea to change implant to 550cc while he's in there? I have 450cc now, I'm 5'4 and 120 lbs.

The size you chose is probably too large and heavy on your tissue and is sagging. Ideally, you would go smaller and support your tissue with an internal bra of mesh. If you want to try and keep this size, you will need mesh.
You may need a lift to help raise your breasts and could possibly go a little larger. However, please do not go too large or you will just sag again. Also, loose the 40 pounds first and then see what needs to be done.
Going bigger will just make your problems more noticeable with more sagging from extra weight and more drooping over the implant. Please listen to the advice of your surgeon.
