Bottoming out? PO 3mo removal/replacement 325 to 485. Nipple rising higher compared to r side. Upon palpation in inframammary fold popping sensation felt with palpating and “softer” area compared to surrounding area. Supportive bras worn at all times. Thoughts on bottoming out and what can be done to repair ? cost of repair?

You may need a lift to help raise your breasts and could possibly go a little larger. However, please do not go too large or you will just sag again. Also, loose the 40 pounds first and then see what needs to be done.
Going bigger will just make your problems more noticeable with more sagging from extra weight and more drooping over the implant. Please listen to the advice of your surgeon.
