I had a lift & saline implant 6 mnths ago. Breast are soft & move well but one dropped & the other is noticeably higher. My Doctor said that it probably won't drop on its own after this long. He suggested another surgery to fix it, which can be done under sedation & the only cost to me will be around $350 bc he stands by his work. He said I can have it done under anesthesia but the cost will be more. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Will sedation be enough pain control for this surgery?

Answer: Revision surgery for one implant that hasn't dropped after 6 months?
Based on the picture that you have shown i don't know that you have bottomed out. Granted your breast sit little low but the nipple and breast mound appear to be in harmony with each other. You do have some asymmetry but a lift may be what you need. With respect to the pain hard to tell from...
It would be really unusual for the pocket to be too small to accommodate your implant. Even if it was tight to begin with, it should have loosened up. Are your implants above or below the chest muscle? That might have a bearing here. It sounds more like you have a capsular contracture.
You can always get larger implants. Some pocket manipulation will likely be needed. Higher profile implants typically fit better and optimal size would depend upon your exam and measurements. An exam and consultation with a/your plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.
