Can a labiaplasty and mastopexy be combined? Should I have these done at different times?

I don't see any problem at all with you having a mastopexy and a labiaplasty at the same time.
Depending on your doctor's practice, you can probably do the labiaplasty in his/her office and have the mastopexy performed in the operating room. There should not be a problem with any waiting period between the 2 procedures as well.

Thanks for your question. I see no reason not to do these at the same time. No need to have more than one anesthetic and there is no anatomic or medical reason they can not be combined.

Hello! Thanks for your question. Both procedures are possible to do at same time. Safe surgeries are less than 6-7 hours, mastopexy and labiaplasty takes around 4 hours or less.
