Should I have a Mommy Makeover or Brazilian Butt Lift done first? (photos)

You could stage the procedures and have the tummy tuck done first; then the liposuction and BBL. However, the result will not be as tight as liposuction and BBL first and then tummy tuck. Both can be performed at the same time, but the upper abdomen cannot be aggressively liposuctioned at the time of the tummy tuck due to blood supply issues.

I would recommend extended tummy tuck with lift (no liposuction ) as one stage and liposuction 360 with BBL second stage.

I recommend you to do first a Liposuction, after a liposuction the skin tends to get loose, so I suggest first remove the fat, in order to get more loose tissues and then remove all the loose skin, if you go first for trim the extra tissue and then do a lipo, after the lipo the tissues will hang again and maybe you need another skin removal round.

Do the BBL first and get your torso optimal before doing the tummy tuck. I've done the operation in different order but like the BBL first for your body type. Best Wishes!!

I would do the area that bothers you the most. You will get the most benefit with the girls lifts and the excess abdominal tissue removed. Plus, these are the areas you see most.

I would recommend a 360 Lipo and a circumferential body lift, which will also help lift your buttocks. With the harvested fat tissue, BBL can be done at the same time so that this fat wont be thrown away and be utilized.
At last, BBL is also considered as a part of a mommy makeover in certain patients.
