Planning on getting implants SOON. I have mild/grade 1 Ptosis. Some doctors say that if I get bigger implants, I might avoid it. I am 38C and wanted about XL implants 800cc UHP Silicone. I have the skin for it. I do not mind my breast sitting lower as I am from cultural background where men and women prefer the aesthetic. I want them as round as possible. I love this look a lot I was told that if I wanted the lift after I could do so. Please help :( I just want the round fake look.
Answer: Depends on your goals If you understand that your implants will sit a bit lower on your chest and their weight will accelerate the rate of sagging, then you may not need a lift. Please discuss your goals with your surgeon so that they understand what you’d like.

Answer: Can I avoid a breast lift Considering your current photo and without seeing your goal pictures a lift would be indicated with your implants. However the goal picture look can be achieved without a lift. I encourage you to fully understand the risks and benefits of the look you are wanting. The implants are heavy and eventually will further stretch the skin.

Answer: Can I avoid a breast lift? Hello @Pioneering669179 thank you for your question and showing your pictures and goal look. With 21 years of experience in plastic surgery I suggest not so much volume. It's good that you like the fake look, however, think about the consequences of having such large implants. The discomfort of the weight, the back pain due to the weight of the breast, grooves in the shoulder area due to the bra and that this volume, whether you want it or not, will be affected by gravity, maybe not right away but some time later. Best wishes!

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Bellesoma Method Many women try to avoid breast lifts because of the vertical scars associated with the traditional techniques. For that reason, an alternative was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
