Hello, I'm wondering what type of procedure if any, would best achieve the results I'm looking for. I'm 26, 5'3", ~125, no children, and don't plan to have any. I'm generally happy with the size of my breasts, but have never liked the shape. I developed quite early and quickly and have had stretch marks since the beginning, therefore they have pretty much always looked how they do now. My main concern is the size of my areolas, and the narrow base, but would like to go slightly larger as well.
Answer: Bellesoma Method If you are happy with the volume of your breasts then you do not need implants. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implants/lift? Based on the photos you have attached as "wish pics", your best option is a breast lift with augmentation. The lift will help with the shape and the areola issues while the augmentation will give the increased size you mentioned.

Answer: Breast implants Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for breast augmentation with a donut mastopexy to improve the shape, position and size of your areolas. If you are happy with the size of your breasts, then implants are not needed. I hope this helps.

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one; Areola reduction is possible I recommend an in person evaluation with a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if desired. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Breast augmentation and lift Thanks for your question! I would suggest a breast augmentation with a moderate sized implant (perhaps even a lower profile) with a breast lift. That will reduce the size of the areola, get the breast perkier and then add a subtle volume. Please be sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: My Recoomendation Dear Reserved603610, in order to achieve your desired goals you would need breast augmentation with dual implants and at the same time correct the location of your nipples that are above the inframammary fold, this would give you an amazing result. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks! Dr. Luis Mejia.
