I wanted some other opinions on this particular size. I’m consistently 107lbs very petite. I want lots of volume and a small upper pull . I want people to look at me thinking in there mind Wow and guessing if I had gotten them done or not. The one thing I don’t want is to come out with not having enough upper pull when I’m wearing tanks or low cut shirts. That is why I’m considering going my biggest and possibly doing HP but they are more narrow and might not work with my breast shape.
Answer: Implant size Dear cuteseybum, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breast Augmentation - Implant size It really depends on the implant manufacturer to determine if 355cc "fits" you. The process of determining implants for patients should come down to careful measurements and tissue characteristics in terms of breast tissue and skin elasticity. Make sure you go to a board certified plastic surgeon who does many breast augmentations per week... yes per week. The measurement you need to ask for is your breast width and then compare that to the diameter of your chosen implant. The artistry comes from making sure your tissue covers the implant in all aspects and centers the implant on your nipple. Your intermammary distance over your breast bone makes you surgery more difficult and you could even consider adding some fat graft over the cleavage area to accentuate the outcome! Best Wishes!!

Answer: Would 355cc be too big for me? Hello @cuteseybum thank you for your question and showing your pictures. The size and type of breast implant can be selected taking into consideration the shape of the breast that the patient wants and the breast form each patient has. It is necessary to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon, not only to choose the right prosthesis, but also to know where it will be placed in front of the muscle, behind the muscle, behind the muscle fascia, and some other pertinent information for the breast augmentation. All the best!

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Answer: Implant selection The best advice you will get regarding implant size will come from your board certified plastic surgeon. She/He has examine you and discussed your surgical goals. The higher the profile implant, the more upper pole fullness you will notice. However you want to select an implant where the width will work with your natural breast width as well. Many surgeons have sample implants you can "try on" to help you get an idea of how you may look after surgery. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
