i want a very round, full, big, perky, augmented look like my example pictures provided. i’ve been to one consultation that advised a breast lift. i really would like to avoid the lift because of scarring but i will get it if necessary. i definitely want implants but i just don’t exactly know what i need to have done to achieve my desired goal.

You may have a small amount of glandular ptosis which can likely be correct with a dual plane approach. The proper selection of implants is best done in person after an evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon because a number of measurements are required. You will be able to achieve your goals. Answer: Wanting perky BBA result Thank you for your question. Unfortunately I can't see you wish pics on this end but based on the photo there is moderate breast sagging. It is important to look at before/after photos of people with your same appearance to get a better sense if you would be happy with implants alone. Your surgeon can make recommendations about the implant size, profile and type based on your breast dimensions and goals.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t.
