OK so my boyfriend gave me 7k for my birthday to have a mommy makeover. I'm 5ft3 160 pounds have had two c sections I'm done with having children. I'm looking for a good surgeon that's willing to do my surgery for 7k breast lift silicone implants and a tummy tuck. I may need lipo on my back arms and inner thighs or a thigh and arm lift not sure. Someone help me please

would save money by not doing implants. 
Instead, I recommend is The Bellesoma Method to reshape your breast
tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on
the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation

At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional

Be careful is choosing a surgeon based on price, it could end up costing you more if you have complications. Be sure to consult with 2 or 3 board certified plastic surgeons and look at many before and after pictures. Good luck.

great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior. 
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  A breast lift with an implant can be performed at the same
time for improved shape and contour of your breasts.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Very generous birthday gift, however I’m not sure that it will cover the costs for a full mommy makeover by a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. However, don’t risk your life by considering having the surgery abroad because it may be cheaper.  In the long run it is not worth it, and if complications arise after surgery, may cost even more to fix!  Either split up the mommy makeover procedures or hold off and save your money to do it all at once. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck

Prices for any elective procedure are centered around three cost centers: anesthesia, facility, and surgeon's fees.  The first two are typically based on the amount of time spent in the operating room, with prices set by the respective cost center.  A surgeon has discretion in his charges to patients and this will encompass the surgical procedure and any ancillary costs such as implants.  Based on your desired procedures it will be difficult to stick within your budget in the Atlanta area.  You may want to try out local teaching institutions that offer procedures at a reduced cost.  Hope this helps.

I would caution you against selecting your surgeon based on a "good deal".  You want to have beautiful results, and your safety needs to be the priority.  I recommend meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.  If you travel far from home it may be challenging for you to visit your surgeon for questions or concerns during recovery.  The ASPS website will help you find a qualified surgeon near you.

Thank you for the question.  It is an important one: selection of your plastic surgeon will be the most important decision you make when it comes to achieving an outcome that you will be pleased with.

Generally I suggest that patients start with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. 
***Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.  Ultimately it will be important that you feel comfortable that your plastic surgeon have a significant/demonstrable experience consistently achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with.   
Besides appropriate training and experience (and certification by the American Board of plastic surgery), looking at before/after photographs (and preferably talking to previous patients) can be very helpful in this selection process.

Basically, patients should look at the overall "quality" of the outcomes achieved;  in other words, it will be important that patients see lots of examples of outcomes that they would be pleased with.  In doing so patients will be able to get an idea of each  plastic surgeon's "aesthetic sensibilities".

When it comes to cost of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The exact operations planned, the specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure ( quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider, type of breast implants… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find average costs of surgery listed on this website, and on individual plastic surgeon's websites as well.

I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways.  I hope this helps.
