Your levels are just above normal. The cause may be innocuous such as following a cold or flu or may be more serious. A hematology consult would be recommend to be sure it is fine to proceed.
Although your raised platelet count might not be a problem I would recommend that you talk to your plastic surgeon. He/She might want a hematologist to look at this and give advice. A second test might come back normal.
