I had the Motiva Preservé preservation breast augmentation performed by Austin Plastic Surgeon on August 22, 2025. I was looking for upper pole fullness and just more cleavage, in general, as I had some volume on the lower portion of my breasts but nothing at the top. This procedure was exactly what I needed, and I couldn’t be happier. The entire team treated me with the utmost care. I was a little worried about doing this under twilight anesthesia, but it was entirely comfortable, and my recovery was so much smoother for it. I feel like I could have been at dinner that same night if someone had invited me to go out. Overall, recovery was so smooth. I was back at work that next Monday (procedure as on Friday) and had no issues! I went with 315 CCs and couldn’t be happier with the results. I went from nothing to great cleavage that is perfect for my frame, and I couldn’t have made this journey without the assistance and care offered by the professionals at Austin Plastic Surgeon.

I saw Dr. Reis for my Breast Augmentation and I couldn't be happier with the results! Overall such a great experience from initial consultation to surgery day and post op care. Really felt listened too! 10/10 would recommend Dr. Reis to anyone looking to gain their confidence back.

Oh my goodness, I do not know where to begin. I honestly cannot thank Dr. Reis enough for the wonderful experience I had throughout my journey. From the very first time I met him at consultation he truly took his time to know me personally and talked to me about the procedure and went through all the details. I was surprised of how long he took just talking to me, knowing how busy he is. His office is wonderful, everyone at the office are so caring and followed up with me several times before the procedure as well as after. I have had a similar procedure somewhere else before and I did not have the same experience what so ever and was left with a horrible scar. I told Dr. Reis that my main concern was the scarring and oh my goodness. It has been around 2 weeks since my procedure and I am not kidding when I tell you that I have to look for it, I do not have a scar what so ever it is unbelievable.
