I’m 4 days out from having my lips done. I’ve noticed that I have a rash on the outside of my lips and small, skin colored dots ON my lips. Both of them are very itchy and cause my lips to swell more. Is this an allergic reaction to Juvederm, or possibly the numbing cream that was applied?

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your Juvederm treatment. At two weeks from injection you are seeing your final results. You can return to your injector to have the product reversed with hyaluronidase if you wish.
