I had my lips filled about 2.5 weeks ago. I noticed a bump and worked to massage it out. Now I am able to press it a physically see the filler relocate to another area. I can press and an indentation forms and then I am able to push the filler back in place. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I have contacted my injector and will be going in next week, she says she hasn’t seen this before.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having. From your description it sounds as if you are having a reaction to the filler. At this point you may consider having the product dissolved with hyaluronidase. See an expert injector to discuss this further.
Filler migration is possible. It occurs within the first few days if it does occur so it's easy to detect. They should be gone in a matter of days post-injection. In general, if it continues to feel uncomfortable, consult your doctor to get a complete assessment or have it dissolved.
Hello - thank you for your questions and photos. Don't worry, it can take up to 2 weeks for lips to settle and heal completely. You may just have excessive swelling in the top lip and it may take some time to go down. Try icing on and off + take some tylenol.
Best of luck!
