I have provided photos. What can I expect if I get lipo without the tummy tuck? As you can see my stomach is rather large and I don’t want to have unrealistic expectations. Will my stomach be flat without TT? Will my rolls at least disappear? I’m 5’6, 178 pounds 28 years old.
Answer: Liposuction Options kramoss88. You are probably not going to like hearing this, but your first step should be diet and exercise because this is your best option. At your age, it is highly likely that you can achieve your goals without surgery. However, liposuction can be an excellent option for you for those areas unaffected by weight loss and working out. Seek out a reasonable diet and exercise program and after giving this your best shot, consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck.

Answer: Liposuction will flatten your tummy and get rid of the rolls but...... Liposuction will really flatten your tummy and get rid of the rolls but you will have loose wavy skin but nothing sagging down. A tummy tuck is by far superior results but the easiest is lipo and if you want to look better in clothes only then lipo will do the trick.

No matter how much liposuction is preformed by the board certified plastic surgeon you choose, you will always have those skin folds. Although you will have a better contour after just liposuction, it will be hard to focus on the contour because the excess and loose skin above and below your belly button may distract you. Answer: Saggy skin makes tummy tuck more suitable Due to the loose skin you appear to have, you’ll most likely be left with some amount of hanging, saggy skin after liposuction alone. The circumference of your mid-section may decrease, however the saggy skin may negatively impact your results. This saggy skin may hang over the top of your pants and you probably won’t be as happy with your results.

You have excess skin that should be addressed if you want the best result. If a patient similar to your photos came in to see me I would recommend 360 degree lipo with full tummy tuck for the overall BEST result. I have attached a before and after of a patient similar to you (individual results can vary). I would not have been able to achieve this result without performing the tummy tuck portion.
