Question

After fat transfer to breast and lipo on my thighs, one of my legs is still thicker than the other after 7 months post-procedure. I had numbness in this thigh which subsided after 6 months but is still a bit there now. The quad muscle feels thick, heavy, hard, more dense compared to the left one like after strenuous exercise. Ultrasound of the swollen leg revealed no blood clots, my PS doesn't know why this is happening, neither do other surgeons I saw, do I have a lymphedema? Who do I go see?

I recommend following up with your Doctor for a formal evaluation. However, you may still have some residual swelling which will gradually resolve. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
