I got breast augmentation on July 10 I was a cup and got 350cc silicone but they look very small still and they sitting up high. How long will it take for them to drop

Answer: How long does it take for implants to drop? Implants take different amounts of time to drop based on how tight your tissues were before the procedure. Usually your breast should look good around 6-8 weeks. However, final result and relaxation may take 4-6 months.

It typically takes 3 - 6 months for the swelling to subside and and implants to settle into proper position. Please discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon. Also, make sure you follow all of your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions regarding level of physical activity and use of a support bra. Hope this helps and good luck with your recovery.

This soon out from surgery the swelling in your tissues is maintaining your implants high and flat against your chest but as this swelling resolves you should see a more natural shape and contour develop. Though they will not get "bigger" you should see the lower portion fill your bra cup more and more. Hang in there, most of these changes take place 6-8 weeks after surgery.
