It is supposed to hurt when I sneeze, cough and lay on my back?

I got silicone breast implants 3&half months ago. 450cc on the left side & 475cc on the right side. Since I had them done my right side has always been sore. It hurts when i take a deep breath, sneeze, cough, left my arm and lay on my back. Is this normal? If so, when will it stop hurting?
