Thank you for your pictures. You would not be a good liposuction fat transfer patient because you don't have enough fat for and if I can transfer. If you want more shapely buttocks implant schoolwork. I would not recommend any hip implants.
I perform Brazilian butt lifts in thin women often and I can usually remove a good amount of fat from the love handle area to augment to buttocks. You have a very attractive athletic body type, but it sounds like you want a more voluptuous hour glass type figure. It usually requires a bit more fat to transform a woman's shape type and it looks like you may not have enough fat to change your shape and augment the size of your buttocks. You may be a good candidate for an implant for augmentation of size and fat transfer to fill in your hips and give you a figure closer to what you desire. Seek consultation with a plastic surgeon who specializes in gluteal shaping. Best wishes.
Having done the procedure so many times on very thin women, I can tell you that you will have fat on the lower back and waist areas for harvest. There is enough fat to graft the hips, but you do not have enough for the hips and the butt. Find a BBL expert who performs hundreds of BBLs each year and has great reviews and great before and after pictures.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with modest BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
You have a beautiful body and certainly you can get more volume for buttocks and hips with the BBL although i suggest you to gain weight first, and then you will get enough fat to put into your hips and buttocks. I have many patients like you and they find difficult to gain weight, if you get a Diet rich in carbs and fat you will have more to harvest on the donor sites like the flanks abdomen and lower back. Definitely find a experienced plastic surgeon who performs many BBL's.
It does not look like you have enough donor sites for a BBL, you might be a better candidate for buttock implants. Best of luck.
Thanks for your question and for posting your photos. In my opinion, you do not have enough fat for donor sites for a fat grafting procedure.
It does not appear you have enough excess fat to be a good candidate for the BBL procedure. However, I need to qualify my remarks. A physical exam is needed to make any recommendations. Please see a board certified PS to learn more about your options.
Hello, Thank your for your question and your photos. Truth be told, you do not seem to need any sort of plastic surgery procedure at all. You have a very feminine body shape and whoever says the opposite has no idea of aesthetic parameters for women (look up Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition and see how your body looks very much alike their models). Now, to clarify: what you consider unaesthetic about your body would not be your hips. It's a typical hollowness formed in the outer portion of your butt (seen in many thin and athletic women) caused mainly because of the way the Gluteus Maximus (the biggest of your butt muscles) is inserted. This hollowness can be treated by harvesting the patient's fat and injecting it to treat this mildly concave aspect. In your case specifically, you seem to have very little fat (which is a good thing) so, maybe by using the the small amount of fat that you have on your flanks and lower back, this area could be lightly treated.Another option would be using a very small butt implant and as much as we can harvest from your fat, to really create an apple shaped bottom.Hope this answers your question. Feel free to contact me for any other doubt you may have about this or any other plastic surgery topic.Take good care, Dr. Fernandez Goico
Hi and thank very much for the question and pics, I agree with the other surgeons that mention no a good candidate, as they say, you have an athletic body with a BMI for sure less then 20, this means that you have the exact amount of fat tissue in your body to give you a beautiful figure as you have, I think YOU DON'T NEED ANY AESTHETIC PROCEDURE on your body, every thing in in the exact place as must be, if you want to increase your butt volume you can do it with exercise, squashes, spinning, weights, an many other exercises to increase the volume of you butt. Good Luke and take care. Dr. Victor Gutierrez
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Your condition does not prevent you from having plastic surgery now. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l...
Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. After a BBL, about 70% of the transferred fat cells will survive, but this should last permanently, with exercise and a clean diet. Lifting, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition...
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. When choosing a plastic surgeon, the most important thing to consider is that he or she is board certified, the experience with the procedure you are interested in and that you feel comfortable in his/her hands. I recommend...
