I was instructed to gain at least 10 lbs for BBL & to maintain it after Sx to help the fat that was transferred. I'm 1 month post op & have maintained my pre op weight. I feel that my stomach & waist would look better if I could lose a little weight especially since i was not able to have a lot of fat transferred) When is it ok to start losing weight? (Pre Op & Post Op weight 153 lbs. & The Dr could only use 450cc both cheeks).
