I advise my BBL patients to wait 4-6 weeks prior to these types of exercises. However, this question is best directed to your plastic surgeon, as each has differences in post op instructions and care. It is always better to follow the advise of your surgeon and not any general statements made online. Best wishes.
Thank you for your question. Postoperative exercise restrictions are a matter that should be discussed with your surgeon. He/she is familiar with your case and is the person best suited to answer this question. Once he/she releases you, squats or other exercise activities should be acceptable. Best wishes.
Thank you for your question, after a Brazilian butt lift I advice my patients to wait at least a month or two before they are able to start working out, to give the fat enough time to grasp to the new areas where it has been transferred. If you do exercise before your instructed you may loose that fat, contact your doctors office, they should be able to tell you how long to wait.Good luck.Salvador Pantoja M.D.
There are activity restrictions and exercise restrictions after your Brazilian Butt Lift. Each surgeon has different protocols, so it is best to discuss this personally with your surgeon. He/She should be more than happy to go over everything with you.
Sounds as you are doing great following your BBL. Please ask your plastic surgeon for activity and post operative instructions. Keep up the great work.
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.I recommend my patients to wait at least 4 weeks before resuming their workout routine (cardio, lift, etc.).Lifting, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition and achieve a more projected buttocks. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.Hope this is helpful. Good luck :)
It is always best to ask your surgeon. I allow my patients to start light aerobics three weeks after a brazilian butt lift. Good luck.
I would have patients wait 4-6 weeks before that kind of activity after a BBL. Discuss the matter with your surgeon. Good Luck
Your question is best directed to your plastic surgeon. I generally advise no heavy lifting or strenuous activity for 4 weeks. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.Dr. BasuHouston, TX
In my opinion, fat sets in and becomes part of your body from 4 weeks onwards. However, it may be a bit too early to start these strenuous exercises.Best is to check with your plastic surgeon. Surgeons vary in terms of their aftercare protocols following BBL surgery.
Thank you for your question. At about 6 months the results of your BBL are stable. Excessive dieting or weight loss can casue you to lose some of your volume. Timing of diet and exercise is less an issue than the magnitude of weight loss that you plan to achieve. ...

You should definitely contact your operative surgeon to notify them of your increased temperature. Most likely, you are experiencing some atelectasis. Try deep breathing and coughing regularly every hour but you should still notify your surgeon.Best of luck,
Thanks for the question. After 2-3 months your surgery area is totally healed and yes you can do skiing and also do other activities. I wish you all the best.
