I spent over 8 years researching doctors, results and credentials. And by far the personalized care received by Dr. Fernandez and his staff is superb. To begin with, the doctor started me on a plan of care, months before my surgery. To guarantee my safety and health coming out of procedure. No other doctor even looked a my blood work on consultations. Most doctors are fast with money and booking but not your health. That showed me priorities are aligned with me. I want great results but I also want to be alive and healthy to enjoy them! My after care was also phenomenal, from the recovery house recommended to the constant follow up I received from doctor ! I did followed his recommendations to the T and my final result was above expected just because I made sure to keep my garment on and adjusted it as often as recommended. I can not stress how important is to find a good doctor! We want results but the industry is full of factory butchers! It's been years after my surgery and still my doctor follows up with me! I'm coming back for other procedure soon!

Dr. Goico is unlike any other plastic surgeon in the Dominican Republic. I came to him for VASER liposuction, and I asked for him to add a BBL, and he added what would look best for my body.
He takes the time to listen to you, explain the procedure, the risks, and makes sure you are on the same page. I will be a lifelong patient of Dr. Goico. I am unbelievably grateful for his work.

He's friendly and kind and knows what he's doing. He is quite determined in giving you natural looking results which sometimes can result in perhaps "underachieving" what you had in mind. I had breast implants and even though a change in size wouldn't make me go through surgery again, I wish my size had been a couple CC's larger. What has me thinking of revision surgery is the feel of my implants. I had highly cohesive motive implants under the muscle, and being of African descent means my muscles are quite thick by nature. I wish he had used the ergonomix implants on me, or used a less cohesive implant, or let me have those massages. I have a friend that went to Venezuela and her implants are so soft and look so natural. I'm thinking of having a revision there.

I have had 3 separate operations and 10 procedures with this Amazingly wonderful human being. He is the kindest soul then comes how artistic and fabulous he is at his craft! He has made everything from my eye to my hips fabulous!!! Thank you!

Dr. FG made me feel at ease from our very first videochat. He is professional,caring and very knowledgeable. His bedside manner was great from beginning to the end. When I had questions months after my surgery he answered them. When it comes to safety your in good hands with FG.

My experience with Dr. Fernandez and his team was awesome. I came from centralamerica to get a tummytuck back in 2014. Now, I don't have a before picture with me, but I had stretch marks up to my bellybutton and a looot of loose skin after having my first baby. My boobs were also small and saggy. Anyway, Dr. Goico literally took away all of that loose skin by doing a tummy tuck -lipo of the flanks procedure. Not only I got rid of all the stretch marks that I had around my belly, but also he left me a nice silloute (specially around my waist area). The tummy tuck scar was really thin. I also got breast lift with implants and I was happy with those results as well, since I don't like huge boobs (because I'm curvy) he left me the perfect size to go with my hips so I don't look like I had surgery. He did a beautiful job (even gave me fake abs) and didn't left me looking like a plastic doll :) Lastly, but most importantly, I felt safe during the entire process because I knew I was in hands of professionals. The clinc he uses is not that big, but it’s more like a boutique one, which I prefer and recommend because you get a more personalized attention (plus it’s extremely clean and you have your own room which will definitely matter when u’re recovering) I would definetly recommend him, the clinic and all his team members!

Dr FG was amazing. I was nervous travelling abroad to have surgery but the minute I met him I knew I made the right decision. He really cared about me as a patient and about his work. My results couldn’t have been better !

Dr Goico is a blessing to anyone looking at surgery on your body. He cares so much about how you look and your safety. I have a healed self image and feel my femininity again. I look amazing!!! I tried posting pics but real self wasn’t uploading...
