She is amazing!! Very professional and polite. Her staff is amazing as well. Michelle, Nancy and Diane all are always there to help me. Nancy and Michelle always called back and keep me posted. I would recommend Dr to my friends and family. Updated on 25 Feb 2025: Just had a really great experience at Doctor Lacerno's office and wanted to share! The staff was super friendly, the wait time was short, and the doctor actually took the time to listen and answer all my questions. Nancy, Michelle,Bianna, Piaa cant thank you enough for all your help. It’s not every day you leave a doctor’s appointment feeling this good, but they really made the whole process easy and stress-free. They are ready to help! If you’re looking for a place that actually cares, I’d definitely recommend checking them out!
I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lacerna at LA Plastic Surgery she is definitely an artist with any procedures you need done. What I truly love is if you are not happy she is not happy Dr Lacerna only has your best interest and results foremost in her treatment of her patients. She has helped me feel more like my younger self which is invaluable to me. She and her staff are absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. Everyone is so kind and caring that I actually look forward to all my follow up visits and care from my surgery. I do not even have the words to express how wonderful everyone is here and the amazing work that is done from surgery to facials and everything in between this is the place to come. You always leave with a smile in your heart.
I had an amazing experience! I’m a registered nurse and did an extensive search for the best surgeon for my facelift and was so happy I found Dr Lacerna! It was way more than a facelift like all of the other surgeons do. I couldn’t be happier! Her nurses and staff are amazing too!
Just a short note to thank you for the surgery you performed on me and how pleased I am with the results. I had a good feeling as soon as I met you and it was well-founded. Your staff was so pleasant and professional and I really appreciated their help as well. Dear Dr.Lacerna
Everyone at LA Plastic surgery waspolite and professional. Dr. Lacerna and Dr. Kimberly treated me kindly and put me at ease. The staff, including Nancy, Mia, Pia and many more were kind and thorough with their care. I am so happy that I chose this group to take care of me.
From the very beginning, Dr. Lacerna made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. She talks you through and explains exactly what will help the area that you're concerned about! I ended up going with a Mommy Makeover; implants, 360lipo, Renuvion skin tightening and fat transfer to my booty...and I am SO SO SO glad that I did it! I wish I hadn't waited. Dr. Lacerna knows EXACTLY what size and shape...she's an artist! I tell everyone to go to her now! My husband loves my curves...it's not too much...most people don't even know that I've had work done....unless they see me in a bathing suit! I've had 5 children and I work out...but Renuvion did AMAZING things for the loose skin on my tummy! I don't have the skin that hangs down anymore at all! I had another Doctor tell me that I had to get the skin cut off to make it go away but Dr. Lacerna didn't...and she was right! Renuvion worked! I love my body! I want to have my neck and arms done with Renuvion next!
La Plastics is where I had my liposuction and 360 Renuvion Skin Tightening procedures. I walked in and thought that I wanted a tummy tuck. Dr. Lacerna came in shortly after my wait. She listened to what I told her I was wanting to accomplish. She explained the procedure and also gave me her personal opinion on what she felt for my body would do better. It was actally less money than what I was expecting to spend. I am so HAPPY with the results 6 months later!!! I also did some filler in my lips and they look fantastic! Her lymphatic drainage massage woman is a Goddess! I did several of these a few days after surgery and they were a life savor! The staff and the cleanliness of the facility were top notch ! I would highly recommend them for someone new to plastic surgery. I may at a later date include photos, but at this time do not feel comfortable. My photos are available at her office of my before and after.
I have been disappointed and struggling with a belly pouch for years. I have always like my weight and size but the stomach pouch was annoying! Thankfully I found a solution that worked for me and I finished my package and see and feel the difference! I can tell my skin is tightened up and my pouch is lessened. Not completely gone but certainly improved. I M going to have my chin “contoured and tighten”. I bought another package when I moved to Laguna so in total am going to have 12 sessions completed! It’s super easy to get done and not painful! It is very warm so I enjoyed it especially on rainy colder California days.if you have about 300 dollars to invest in yourself try it but I think package is the way to go because I saw major improvements after 2/3 treatments of 25/30 minutes.
Recently visited Dr Lacerna for my 1st and only BBL consult. After much research I have chosen her because of her extensive experience and knowledge on the procedure as well as advanced skin tightening techniques other surgeons do not perform. The facility is absolutely gorgeous! It is not often that you get toured throughout the facility and get to see the OR which shows how proud and clean their office is. So confident and excited for surgery with this amazing doctor and her team! I will be back with pre/post-op pics before we see 2021! Updated on 7 Jan 2021: As expected Dr Lacerna was able to give me my "wish pic" results. I am going on post-op week 3 and have been getting weekly lymphatic massages at her office seeing Lacerna once a week as well. Surgery cost includes garment, 6 month VIP membership (20% off) of the office's multiple services, and 6 hour long lymphatic massages by their licensed therapist to ensure results. EVERYONE is amazing. Scheduling is easy. Lacerna has definitely worked her magic! #BBL # Renuvion #360Lipo
Hey guys! I'm baaaaackkkk! I previously had a TT a couple years ago and was absolutely amazed by my results. Since then, I ended up getting pregnant (which is a miracle due to infertility issues) and I'm happy to say my TT and MR held up great. Thanks to my amazing plastic surgeon. I'm awaiting an online consult (thanks to COVID) with the same surgeon to begin my consult journey. I'm already pretty confident I'll stick with the same surgeon but we'll see after the consult. I plan to get a full BBL, I'm looking for a lifted, rounder and firm tushy.I'm 35, 5'10" and currently in the 180's (I still have quite a ways to go to lose this baby weight, I'd like to get back down to 155). I also have very very very large breasts, like a G, which kills my back and just are to overbearing. I'd like a lift and possible reduction. My goal is to be a full DD maybe small DDD. I'm a larger girl so I don't want small breasts, I just need them lifted and fuller. I'm hoping to avoid implants. My husband seems to think I'm really only a DD or DDD but that they're deflated and not full so they appear larger... if that even makes sense. My concerns are, I work a desk job requiring me to sit 8-9 hours a day. I can get 2 weeks off max then I have to go back to work. I'm scared of ruining my results. I'm also concerned that since I still have some weight I want to lose, doing a BBL too soon would be bad if I do lose 20-30lbs because I may lose my results. Also concerned if I go too small in my chest and I lose weight, they'll be way too small for my liking so these are things I need to discuss with the Dr. to see if I soils lose the weight first or wait so they have the fat to harvest for my tushy. If any of you lovelies have gone through this and have any advice or questions to ask, please let me know. I'll post some before pics once I decide whether or not we will be going through with the surgery. Thanks! Updated on 23 May 2020: I’m happy to say I got my finances figured out. I’m going to be going in for a BBL with breast reduction/lift (no implants) and some chin lipo. I will be going to LA Plastic Surgery in Sarasota and the procedure will be done by Dr Lacerna who did my TT a few years ago and was AMAZING! I’m so excited. I’m waiting for a call back to figure out dates and all that jaz. I currently have like an F or G breasts. Truthfully I’m not even sure but they’re too big to fit in my DDD bra. I did have a baby after my TT (whoops) so the breastfeeding caused even more sag. She’s going to do an anchor lift, reduce the size of my nipple and make me a full and perky (hopefully) DD. As for the BBL, I will have lipo of my back, back boob, flanks and tummy to get rid of some of that baby weight and to shape/contour my back and sides. She mentioned my thighs as well bu I’m pretty confident I have enough fat everywhere else she won’t need my thigh fat lol. But hey, if she takes some I totally won’t complain. I hate my thighs too. I just want my tiny waist back and my back fat gone! I also plan to lose about 10-15lbs before surgery. Last will be lipo to the chin with some sort of akin tightening treatment. Sorry, honestly brain farting on what that’s called but anything with “skin tightening” in the name with lipo sounds good to me! Pretty sure she’s also doing that for my tummy and back too. Here are some before pictures! I’ll post some wish pics later and update as I get mor info and dates. Shooting for July or September. :) Updated on 27 May 2020: Few of my wish pics. I’m waiting on a call to go over some questions then trying to nail down a date for surgery. Trying for July 10th. I keep chickening out and almost pulling the plug because I’m so damn scared. I’m a natural worrier and I’m so scared of what I always hear about BBLs. Last night I was losing my mind almost in tears about leaving my children motherless over my vanity. I remember these same emotions when I got my tummy tuck. I’m trying so hard to push passed them. Realistically the chances of death from a BBL is like .0003% so I’m trying to remind myself of that and focus on the positives. I’ll post an update when dates and whatnot are nailed down. Updated on 2 Jun 2020: July 9th I’ll have a new booty, smaller breasts and a shapelier back...hopefully. I’m so nervous! I have some severe quarantine bloat going on from drinking, bad eating and plain being lazy so I’m currently 190lbs...oof. Heaviest I’ve been in YEARS. I’m 5’10”. Hoping to lose around 10lbs before surgery which is about a month. I think that doable just by nixing the booz alone. It makes me retain a ton of water. I’m scared. I’m excited. Then scared again. I wanted to add a few before chin pics as well since I’ll be getting lipo there as well. I’ll try and update with more before pics closer to surgery day. Updated on 5 Jun 2020: I’ve completed the mammogram my PS requires for the breast reduction/lift portion of my surgery. Went in to my primary care, got a RX for labs and an apt next Friday on my lunch break to have those drawn up. I’ve been trying to eat clean and avoid booz to be at the healthiest I can be come surgery day. I had a hard realization about how soon it really is. I pulled out a new carton of milk (oat milk for my lactose toddler) and saw the expiration date was July 19 and was like, whoa that’s AFTER my surgery. Oh yeah, my surgery is right around the corner. Sudden panic sets in and worried thoughts of not being around to see my kids grow up and all that scary sad stuff. But that’s me. That’s what I do. So I jump on here and look at all these wonderful reviews and transformations of both beauty and self confidence and it gives me the strength to keep going. I was told no news was good news on the mammogram so here’s hoping I don’t hear anything. I can’t believe I have less then 5 weeks to go until the big day. I feel so unprepared. Next steps: -Find a used zero gravity chair online for sale so I can cut a hole for my butt. -Order stage 2 compression garment and possibly secondary stage 1 for when the one my PS gives me needs washing -Order lipo boards. I need to research these. I’ve never used them and know very little on what to purchase. Any tips here appreciated. -Clean, organize. Figure out where my “station” will be where I’m safe from the toddler but not removed from my family -research more on BBL pillows and different sleeping positions since I’m getting breasts and bum done together. I do have 2 boppy pillows which may work. -buy shower curtain (for the leaking of the lipo holes the first few days) -figure out the car situation on how I’m going to get home safely without sitting or laying on my tummy. -buy female urinal thingy so I can sand and pee -figure out what else I need to figure out Any tips and tricks or must haves please let me know. Updated on 15 Jun 2020: Results from my labs came back great. No issues. Still no word about the mammogram but they told me no news was good news on that. So I guess that’s it. Basically just keep on prepping for the big day. :) Now if my fear of impending doom would chill so I could enjoy being excited that would be greeeaaatttt. Updated on 20 Jun 2020: I’m getting nervous, y’all. Pre op is July 1st. SX scheduled for July 9th. I have a few things on my mind currently. If anybody could chime in that wold be awesome! 1) I’m getting a breast lift/reduction done at the same time as my BBL. Any tips on how to get home after this since I can’t lay on my belly? We have a large van but I’m not sure how to safely situation myself for the ride home. We live only 15 minutes away luckily. 2) my BMI is around 27. I’m 5’10” and 190lbs. I see a lot of posts about not wanting to lose weight before surgery but I also hear to be at your ideal weight before surgery. I’d like to get back down to at least 170. Do y’all think I look like I have enough fat to harvest for a BBL? And Has anybody lost around 20lbs AFTER a BBl without ruining the results? 3) how much did they lipo out for your BBL? I’m getting 360 lipo and my focus is my belly, full back and flanks and my GOAL is to not max out so there’s still room to do my thighs to get me a nice thigh gap. My PS seems to think I don’t have too much fat in those areas to max out so she should be able to get some from my thighs. I’ll know more after my in person pre op coming up as my consult was virtual and she only saw pics. (However she did my TT so she’s seen my body before) TIA. Sorry For the long winded questions. Thanks for sticking with me! Updated on 1 Jul 2020: Just finished pre-op. They went over everything with me, gave me my prescriptions and let me know what to expect. Surgery will be about 8 hours. I will be the only one that day. Confirmed my PS will be lipo-ing my full abdomen which she doesn’t see much fat there, my full back, waist and thighs. I asked for a thigh gap and she probably won’t be able to get that (they’re pretty big) but it’ll be an improvement. Renuvion will be used in all lipo areas to tighten skin. I’ll have lipo of my neck and a little from my jowls that I hate. Also with renuvion to help tighten my neck and face a little. I’m so excited for that. Onto my butt. I want more projection and not so much hips as I already have wide hips. Basically a snatched waist is all I need to give me more hip since they’re pretty wide already. She’s going to fill out my butt and smooth it out. Yay. My breast a will be reduced and lifted. I was shocked to see how high she’s going to make my nipples. That was awesome. I guess I didn’t realize just how saggy my breasts were. I’ll be a nice full DD which is perfect for my height and frame. I’m so excited! I’ll post more later but surgery is next week! I cannot wait! :) Updated on 8 Jul 2020: I’ll be leaving at 645 tomorrow morning for surgery. I’ll be completely under for 8 hours. I’ve been taking arnica, bromelian and a recovery support vitamin from my dr. I also started muscle relaxers last night to start loosening everything up for surgery. I did my measurements today (boy was that hard). Didn’t realize just how bad I got after I got pregnant. I can’t wait to get back to where I was, I’m hoping this will be my motivation. Here goes: Weight 193 :( Height 5’10” Waist 36in Hips 42.5in Left thigh at widest point 26.5in Right thigh at widest point 26in Lower belly 38in Around breast/band size 43in Breast cup size like a F/G (hoping for DD) Butt at widest point 45in Also I learned your nipples should be 20cm from your collar bone. Mine are currently 30.5cm so definitely saggy. Hoping with the lift and reduction I’ll get to the 20cm goal Wasn’t sure how to measure my chin/neck area so I’ll just use pictures for that. I do not plan to measure again until the swelling is noticeably decreased. Probably 3 weeks and even then I’m sure I’ll be pretty swollen. I’ll continue to measure from there every few weeks to see how all progresses. Wish me luck, ladies. I’ll post as soon as I’m coherent and up to it. I PROMISE I won’t just not update. If there’s no update that means I’m dead and my “worth it” rating would be a no LOL. I’m kidding. But really I will update. I’m sure lol be fine, I’m just a paranoid mess. Xoxo Updated on 10 Jul 2020: Hi everyone. I’m about 14 hours post op. Surgery was a whopping 12 hours but I had breast lift/reduction , neck lift, lipo 360, thigh lipo and my dr was even so kind to add a little fat to my chin to help bring out my jawline and decrease the appearance of my jowls I hate. That was her call during surgery and free. I love her! She seriously cares so much about what she does, takes her time and perfects her craft! So far my waist is snatched pretty good considering how swollen I am. I have foam above my butt so don’t mind the shape. I cannot wait to see it once swelling goes down, so far my butt looks more square to me but I’m sure it’s a combo of the foams and swelling. Anybody else have that in the very beginning and it go away? She took 5liters (about 10lbs) of fat which is the max. She inserted 975CCs into each buttock and I little in my chin, small amount not sure. I’m feeling relatively good. It was rough last night cuz of the anesthesia. I was so loopy and in and out of it all night. Pain is definitely tolerable. Believe it or not my butt doesn’t really hurt. More just my neck. My breasts sting here and there but nothing I can’t handle. Taking my percocets as directed (1 every 4 hours) just to make sure I stay on top of the pain. Lipo spots rally sting but only when I’m moving. I definitely need help getting up and down. I will have my catheter removed today and post op and drains probably Monday for my breasts. No drains for the BBL. Here are some pics. I’ll try and snag the ones from surgery when I go today. Updated on 10 Jul 2020: Updated on 11 Jul 2020: The start of the recovery for this seemed almost impossible, especially doing my breasts at the same time. There wasn’t a ton of pain, especially in my butt, just stiff and uncomfortable. I have my zero gravity chair I’ve been living in. Cutting back on the pain medicine and as of yesterday been up moving a lot more. Took my first shower, albeit a hasty one cuz I was feeling dizzy, but I felt better. So far I’m loving my results, which doesn’t surprise me because I swear I have the best PS out there! My neck probably bothers me the most. She did quite a bit on my neck which I’m grateful for. She didn’t just do my chin, she lipod my entire neck and used renuvion to tighten it up. I have a long neck so I’m super excited to see that shrinking up nicely. I’m scared to look at my breasts. I’ll wait until tomorrow for my second post op. I know they look probably even scarier then day 1 PO. Right now that my biggest worry are my breasts. 1 seems buffer, one nipple looks worse, but it’s all stuff I knew wild happen and seen before so I just need to trust the process. My waist is starting to shrink super nice. I did measure and even with swelling and the back boards in, my waist is smaller than before already. Here’s a few more pics. If I take a shower later I’ll try and snap more with the garment off. Updated on 12 Jul 2020: It’s 1:30am and I cannot sleep. I’m finally starting to turn the corner in this recovery. My drains come out today and I’m so excited not to have to hide from my toddler anymore. I can get in and out of my zero gravity chair on my own which is great not needing to wake my hubby up ever time I have to pee. I tried on a couple shirts and it’s amazing how different they look with “normal” sized breasts. I believe she nailed it at a full DD from my original G/H size I was. She took out 1.5lbs from each breast (per what hubby says she told him anyway). I cannot believe how I lived with such massive breasts always hurting my neck and back. There were a couple things she did extra I’d like to make a shout-out for because it’s not everyday you meet a surgeon who genuinely cares about their work and the outcome. She knew I had a problem with my neck fat. I paid to have that area lipod. She also knew from our conversation that I hated my jowls and overall appearance of my face. During surgery, she decided by adding some fat to my chin (since it is so small) would help the appearance of my jowls along its renuvion to tighten it all up. Of course I couldn’t consent being asleep so she asked hubby. He knows how much I trust her and said whatever she felt he’d agree to. She also noticed a scar on my chin I’ve had since HS and worked on that to see if she could make it less noticeable. Mind you, this is all just extra she didn’t have to do and was no additional cost to me. I really just felt it important to mention that as it really goes to show you how much she truly cares. Most PS I have seen turn around several patients a day. I was the ONLY one that day. Because she wanted to do a good job. And she did! I can’t wait to see the final results in a few months. I’ll keep updating! :) Updated on 14 Jul 2020: Feeling so much better each day. I couldn’t take the zero gravity chair anymore so I bought a used foam mattress off marketplace for $50 and cut a hole in it. I highly suggest that Over the chair. And it’s cheaper. I slept so much better last night in that. I’m so swollen but I can tell I’m going to shrink up nicely. The creases I was worried about in my back are shrinking, thank god. Looks like my Dr got all my back rolls....woo hoo! Also, I finally pooped today! I’ve been taking stool softeners but unlike my TT this time it wasn’t soft and was really hard to go. I feel much better though since I was able to. Took a better shower since my drains for my breasts came out yesterday. I’m less dizzy when I stand but I sure tire SUPER easy. Like the shower was it, I was done and had to lay back down after that. Each day gets easier though. I’m up moving more frequently without help. Nothing really “hurts” just sore. Updated on 15 Jul 2020: Today was a turning point it felt like. I took a regular super without getting dizzy. I was able to get some dishes done and sit on my hoppy pillow at the table to eat some yogurt. Got my faja closed completely so I feel like I’m shrinking. Waiting on a new smaller faja to get into. Scale hasn’t budged besides going up some since surgery so that frustrating but I know it’s just swelling and retention. She took the max of 5 liters so I know it’ll go down eventually. I’ve been eating clean. No pain meds today so far. I hate the fog they put me in. Honestly though, the pain is completely tolerable. Im waiting on my Drs office to email me some pics from surgery I’ll post but for now, her are a few I snapped today’s little lumpy still which is to be expected but I love the way I’m healing up. Updated on 15 Jul 2020: I know I focus on the neck lately, but it’s the easiest thing to see a change in with all the swelling so it’s exciting to share. Hopefully everything else will be this amazing :) Updated on 17 Jul 2020: Feeling fantastic today! Still swollen and scale hasn’t budged despite 5 liters being removed but I expect that will take some time. Into a smaller faja. Love the shape of my butt. Still super hard, can’t wait for the “fluffing” to commence. My stomach is bigger now then before but obviously that’s due to swelling. The dog ears from my TT years ago are GONE! I’m elated about that! I’m a little sad to see some bra fat but it’s understandable. I had a lot of back fat and she took the max allowed so no way to fault her there. I’m happy she took the max from where she did. And hell, might be swelling so who knows. My thighs are already 2 inches smaller from where they started. I’m amazed. Showering is easier, I’m going #2 easier however wiping is a little difficult since twisting is tight on the chest lol. Sleeping is actually more difficult. I’m in less pain now so I’m not taking pain killers so I feel its a combination of no pain killers, back starting to hurt from back sleeping so long and just overall feeling of “over it” and wanting to sleep on my side or tummy. I could probably do side right now but I’m going to give my breasts a little longer to heal. Here are some pics from today. In the newer, smaller faja! Also a few surgery pics. I was shocked to see how much tissue they really took from my breasts! Still cannot believe they were ever that large, Updated on 20 Jul 2020: Well today I felt some pain under my left breast. I had my husband take a picture since it was hard to see and sure enough, right at that “T” there was a suture undone and the incision opening up. I know this is a common issue, no fault of my surgeon but it’s something I was obviously hoping to avoid. I emailed the picture and a nurse called me to see about getting me in tomorrow, unfortunately we are still in quarantine as our son was possibly exposed to COVID at his daycare and we are awaiting his test results. Therefore I can’t go in until I get those. Anyway, the nurse told me to keep it clean, make sure it’s super dry and keep gauze on it. So that’s what I’m doing until I can get in. Man I hope it doesn’t separate too much. Also, I’m starting to get a little worried that my nipples are a little high for the way my breasts fall. If that makes sense. It just seems as though it’s not proportional. I’m still early in recovery so I’m trying not to worry but something I’ll bring up. Otherwise I love the shape my body is so far, even swollen. Love my butt so far. Everything’s healing well. I guess my breasts are my biggest worry. Updated on 20 Jul 2020: Forgot a few pics to show the shape forming. If and my concern over my high nipples. Updated on 22 Jul 2020: Scale still has NOT budged. I’ve been eating very clean, been doing massages, avoiding sodium, drinking tons of water but it seems my body does not want to let go of this swell hell. I did notice today my thighs shrank another inch so it’s obviously going down, but so damn slow it’s killing me. I’ve been looking at other breast reduction reviews and I’m feeling better about my nipple placement. I think I’m just so used to how they were. I’ve also been so wish washy over my boob size. I’m happy, don’t get me wrong, but I’ve always been that girl with the big boobs and I hated it. Now they’re normal and I just have to re-learn who I am. Here are a few updated before and afters. Not sure why one is being stupid when I try and upload but I’ll try and post that later Updated on 22 Jul 2020: I had to use another app to make this pic a video to have it upload without cropping it. Updated on 26 Jul 2020: So my swelling has come down significantly. My waist is 3 inches smaller so far, thighs about 2. I’ll do full proper measurements at the 3 week mark. Swelling JUST started going down so I’m going to let it keep doing it’s thing. Scale is down about 6lbs. Yay. I’m definitely still swollen and by the end of the day I hurt from it but it’s better. I had a PO apt Friday and the Dr peeked my area of concern on my breast and said it looks like it’s already closing up. Thank god. My hubby got a look and said it looks a ton better. I’ve been cleaning it twice a day with puracyn which was recommended to be by my PS. You can find it on amazon. Also sliding unwoven gauze under my breast with the issue to keep it nice and dry, my thighs are still rock hard on the inside. I was told that can take a few months to resolve. My neck and jaw are still numb and I can’t really smile well. Sometimes I talk funny. But I feel like that’s all starting to come back little by little. My breasts I would say are pretty dang close to a DD. My PS said they may decrease by another 10% or so from swelling but nothing significant. My butt is already softening up from the swelling going down but not fully. I see no decrease in size so far so that’s good. My PS said at the 3 week mark I can sit (with a boppy or something), I can change bras (no underwire though), I can lift my toddler YAY and I can sleep on my side. I go back to work tomorrow so all good news. A week after that I can swim as long as my breast doesn’t have a hole still. Here are a few pics. Updated on 30 Jul 2020: I promised to do measurements this week, and swelling has drastically gone down but I’m a few days from my period and woke up severely bloated. Soooo, I’ll do a quick rundown but post official measurements after I’m over it. Fluctuations in inches: Waist -3 Hips- +3.5 Left thigh -1.5 to 2 depending on day Right thigh -1 to 1.5 depending on day Lower belly -2.5 Breasts -1 Down 8lbs I’m excited to see these figures and hope it continues to trend. I’m in a new shaper my PS recommended and super comfy and I like the compression. My left breast still has a hole but no infection and relatively small so I’m hopeful it’ll heal up soon. Updated on 5 Aug 2020: I’m going to wait until probably 3 months for my rating but so far I’m beyond happy with my results. And I had a lot done, Dr Lacerna nailed it, yet again! I refer her every chance I get. Breasts: I was a H. Now It’s looking as though I’ll be a nice full DD like I had asked. My left breast still has a hole at the T junction which is pretty common. However it’s been 3 weeks and it’s not getting bigger nor infected. I clean it twice a day and keep it dry with a gauze pad. Hoping it closes soon. Probably the only thing I’m sad about but I anticipated this prior to surgery since I had such large breasts My steri strips came off. I’m happy about that. The incisions look amazing and thin. Excited how they’ll heal. My boobs still have that fresh out of surgery look I see so often on here and I’m anxious for them to relax and take their natural shape. Butt: Butt doesn’t appear to really have shrank. Sometimes it looks like it but then I do measurements and it hasn’t. I love the shape and perkiness So much fuller and I love the slope she gave me! Probably my favorite part! Lipo: Can we say snatched?! Seems like I shrink more and more every day! Love my shape. I still swell quite a bit but it’s less and less. My chin/neck looks awesome! I love that I can see my jawline. And I love that when I lay down I’m not choked by all the breast and neck fat tissue rolling into my neck. That always bugged me. I received the ok to sit and whatnot but I’m still being cautious and using a boppy when I have to sit. I put the pressure on my thighs as much as possible. I stand whenever I can. Updated on 13 Aug 2020: Not a ton to report! Had a follow up yesterday and was given the ok to fully sit on my butt, workout (no major Cardio) and basically resume life as I knew it but with a new body! The hole in my breast is healing! It never grew or got infected but it never healed either. Dr Lacerna took a peek for me and said it was nothing. She saw a suture sticking out and removed it and said it should close up within a couple weeks. That was probably the reason it couldn’t close to begin with. The scars on my breasts are immaculate! I don’t think I’ll have much for scarring, they’re so thin and precise. I’m excited! I am also starting scar treatment with silagen scar gel. My butt doesn’t seem to have shrank that I can tell. Measurements haven’t changed anyway. It recently has started to soften more and I can feel it jiggle when I walk. It’s a bizarre feeling I’ll have to get used to. I’m wondering if this is the “fluffing” phase I hear about but it seems a little early. We’ll see. Here’s just a few pics. I’ll do more measurements at 2 months! Updated on 27 Aug 2020: Just a quick update. I’ll do measurements at 2 months. I’m doing well. The “hole” in my breast is gone. It never was a hole just a stitch pushing through. It’s scabbed over and healing nice. I’m doing awesome! I love my results! My butt is soft and jiggly and I’m sure I lost some fat but honestly, I can’t see it. If anything it just looks bigger lol. Measurements for my butt have not changed. My dr is BOMB! I highly highly recommend her. She also got rid of my cellulite on my butt which I see usually it’s the opposite from most drs but she breaks it all up when she’s doing the bbl. Man I just love her! Updated on 28 Aug 2020: I've gotten a lot of work done from Dr. Lacerna after losing over 100lbs and wanting my loose, saggy skin gone. She first did a TT in 2017 and blew it out of the park then. I had gone on so many consults and chose her and I'm glad I did. When I was ready for my BBL I didn't go on any consults, I just went straight back to her because I trust her and her work is by far the best I've seen out there. She's not flashy on social media, she doesn't do a million surgeries a day, she TAKES HER TIME and does it exactly how you want if not better (as long as it's realistic which you'll know beforehand). She takes serious pride in what she does. I've had zero issues and I've had a TT, lipo 360, renuvion, BBL, neck/chin lipo and breast lift and reduction. Every single thing she did was absolutely amazing. She's so good I want to go back and get a few other things done that I don't even mind that much because I know she'll make it beyond my expectations. It takes a lot for me to refer people I know to people/places, especially something serious like PS because if they mess up, I feel responsible. But with Dr Lacerna there's not hesitating whatsoever. I've referred so many people to her it's not even funny. I get tons of compliments, I look natural and my self esteem is so much better. Thank you, Dr Lacerna! I could not be happier!!
Hi and thank you for your question. From the photos you provided it is hard to determine whether or not you would be a candidate. There are a few different options depending on the amount of fat you have. The best option is to have a consult by a board certified plastic surgeon and see what your options are. Good Luck!
Hi and thank you for your question. In my opinion I would wait until you have another child if you can wait. This could save you from having 2 procedures. If you want something before you have another child liposuction with renuvion subdermal coagulation could be an option for you. This would be best determined by an in person consultation. Make sure you find a board certified plastic surgeon and research the renuvion Technology.
Thanks for your question and sharing your photos.I think your results look very good, and at two weeks out your experience is normal.I recommend getting a lymphatic massage, get a treatment such as smooth shapes, and continue wearing your garment. If you have an area with fluid in it, I suggest seeing your Plastic Surgeon; You may have a seroma that needs to be drained.
Hi Thanks for your question.I have previously performed tummy tucks under IV sedation or MAC anesthesia with Propofol successfully. It is very safe, as long as your MD Anesthesiologist or Nurse Anesthetist CRNA is experienced in the technique. I recommend speaking with your intended Anesthesia provider before your surgery to ask them about their experience and to alleviate your concerns. Good luck!
Hi and thank you for your question. From the photos you provided I would recommend some touch up lipo to your flanks to help contour your abdomen to give you a little more of an hour glass figure. Speak with your surgeon and see if they would be willing to do this or go for a second opinion.
