Surgery 6 years ago for cancer removal. I have a scar that goes from lower sternum to pubis. It causes what I call a “sass” (ass on my stomach) I also have developed a small overhang. No matter how much weight I lose or sit-ups I do, it does not go away. I’m done trying to work it off. I am 50 and have decided it is what it is. I work as a nurse and very active.
