Small hematomas or areas of bruising are generally not cause for concern. They will heal over time.  Sometimes needle aspiration of an organized hematoma is necessary.  Large hematomas or any potential ongoing bleeding typically need to be evacuated surgically.  Follow up with your surgeon. Based on your picture it does not seem significant however this is a limited view.  Best wishes.

While very rare, fluid collections can occur after tummy tuck. Most are not a cause for alarm and can be dealt with by close follow up with your surgeon. In your case when a blood collection is present and provided not enlarging and you are not symptomatic should have minimal effect on your outcome.  Limiting turning movements and wearing your binder can aid in minimizing this risk. Also will likely need to stop lovenox but I recommend sequential compression device for your legs. Exam is everything so follow closely with you doctor.  

Lovenox can certainly thin your blood and lead to postop bleeding. be sure you are not taking any other drug or supplement which may add to that such as advil,aspirin,fish oil,etc.

Dear Thelittlest_Amazon,A hematoma is a significant complication but one that should not, necessarily giv eyou a bad result.  It sounds like you are manageing properly as long as it is under the direction of your surgeon.  Be patient and follow the recommendations of your surgeon.  Tummy tucks heal in a progressive manner over several months.  Hope this helps & good luckJames Sheridan, MD
