Arm weakness with breast implant replacement. How can I fix this?

I think it is highly unlikely that your symptoms are related to your surgery. Having said this, they should not be ignored. I would suggest returning to your primary care physician for further evaluation and consider a referral to a neurologist. A final option might be explanation, but I would not seriously consider this until other possible causes have been ruled out.

Your implants and your symptoms have nothing to do with each other. There is no anatomic or physiologic basis for the implants to cause intermittent upper extremity muscle weakness. Breast implants do not cause systemic disease.

If your implants are behind the muscle, you may want to shift them in front to put not strain on your chest muscles. However, if your arms are still getting weaker, your problem is nerve related and not related to your breasts. You need to see a neurologist.

Your symptoms are very unlikely to be the result of a breast augmentation.

I would seek the consultation of a neurologist and evaluate for metabolic pathology, such as hypothyroidism, myasthenia gravis, the symptoms are reminiscent of multiple sclerosis being intermittent and varied overtime and location.

Would you describe sounds highly abnormal at not typical.
I think you should view your upper extremity symptoms as being unrelated to the breast surgery until proven otherwise.
Who ordered the CT scans and MRI?
If you haven’t done, so already, I suggest consulting with a neurologist.
