Do I need a breast lift revision? (Photos)

Hi, all. I’m feeling a bit discouraged and just seeking some advice. 32 yo F. I had breast augmentation surgery Oct 2025. To start, I had very asymmetrical, saggy breasts. I have lost ~70 pounds and my breasts had zero volume or fullness. In my L breast I got a Sientra 435cc and on the right a 415cc to make up for the asymmetry. I also got a donut lift. I wanted to avoid the intense scarring of more aggressive lifts. However, I feel like I made the wrong choice and I didn’t realize the consequence of not opting for a more aggressive lift. I noticed asymmetry immediately post op, but I listened to everyone telling me to let them drop and fluff. Here we are 9 months later. They feel uneven and like the one on the left hasn’t dropped as far. I can’t tell if the one on the right is bottoming out or if the lift I had just wasn’t aggressive enough. The implant doesn’t feel like it’s sitting below the incision line, but it does feel much saggier than the one on the left. I also feel like I have some degree of lateral displacement, which I’ve included a picture of. I followed up with my PS and he agreed to do a revision free of charge if I do a tummy tuck at the same time. He mentioned replacing the implant on the L to a larger size because of the asymmetry and doing some pocket work on both sides. The implant on the R feels so rippled, also. My question is…should I be asking for a lift revision? Or should I just be happy with these results considering my starting point? Thank you
