Discomfort with the pectoral muscle pulling. Would an ADM and or Release of the Pectoral Muscle be advised?

In 2018 one of my silicone breast implants fell though the pocket, they were under my muscle. I replaced with smaller implants again under the muscle. I'm having discomfort with the pectoral muscle pulling & see increased visual tightness. I'm considering replacement and wondering if the Pectoral Muscle should be released in addition to an ADM. Or if just a ADM would help in giving the implant better positioning and help soften overall tightness. My implants are currently 250cc & looking to replace with Mentor Boost 325cc. I am thin small bones with aging tissue (68) and wondering how much improvement in animation deformity to realistically expect with either or both a muscle release and AMD?
