Two years post revision surgery - Have my breast implants settled poorly? (Photos)
Three years ago I had a breast augmentation for the first time. My surgeon and I agreed on Mentor moderate profile 290cc implants under the muscle. Unfortunately after that surgery, my chest muscles were pushing the implants out and causing significant separation, so we agreed that it made sense to repeat the procedure but instead use 320cc implants and go over the muscle. That surgery was two years ago. Since then I still feel quite self conscious about how much tighter my right implant is and how uneven my breasts look. I also frequently feel self conscious about how far apart my implants are and that they feel small compared to the size of my chest. Do I just have unrealistic expectations about what is possible with a procedure like this? Unfortunately I’ve since moved from where I had the surgery so I can no longer go see my surgeon in person, and I’m hoping to get the perspective of other professionals.
