Capsule removal revision - what can be done? (Photos)

This will be my second revision for capsular contracture I had my first BA in 2017. Over the muscle 450/500 cc . I developed capsule contractor stage four on the left breast progressively over the next 7 years A implant exchange and capsular contractor revision was done in 2023. Almost immediately, I knew there was a problem. I developed a capsule contractor on the same breast again . And for the second time once again we had placed the implants over the muscle as the surgeon requested. Six months later,we removed the capsule and performed a revision. No more hard capsule pain buttt .. it looks not good and it feels even worse than it looks , my pain is a different pain now . surgeon says everything is fine, but my left breast is causing me pain. it feels as if the implant has no stability or structure, and I feel as if it flips at one point . In the night I’ve had to sleep with my head elevated to prevent pain in my upper chest. when the implant moves into my upper chest i can feel the edges of the implant and it's painful when it's resting at my upper pole .. because the implants glides into that upper pole when i lay down . I sleep elevated to prevent the discomfort in my upper chest . I feel like I can feel my implant with my fingers and the edging of the implant.. what went wrong . why doesn’t my surgeon offer me options or answers . why is there absolutely no capsule supporting my implant . it’s is also causing me shoulder pain and i’m s
