Answer: 3rd rhinoplasty There is no good answer to guarantee a good result the third time around. However, what I can tell you, is that if you are considering a revision, make sure that you seek out a revision rhinoplasty specialist. It is always important during the consultation to clarify what it is about your nose that bothers you and see if these issues can be adequately addressed so you and the surgeon are on the same page. Best of luck.

Answer: Tertiary rhinoplasty It really depends on what has been done to your nose and what needs to be done as well as the availability of sources of reconstructive material, such as septal cartilage, etcIt may require revision of aesthetic and/or functional issues; it may be an easier or more extensive revision.Photos would be a good start but you will require an accurate history of your issues and operations as well as a thorough examBest of luck

Answer: Good results for another revision rhinoplasty are possible Revision rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging of all cosmetic surgeries, and each time a rhinoplasty is done, it becomes increasingly complex. It is possible to have a good outcome the third time, but as there are many factors involved, it depends on what was done in the first two surgeries and what needs to be done the third time. There is no guarantee that your nose will turn out exactly the way you want it the third time either. If you do decide to have another rhinoplasty done, it is essential to look for an experienced revision rhinoplasty specialist who has a strong aesthetic sense and the talent and experience to refine the nose as needed. And get a second or third opinion.

Answer: What is Percentage of Patients with Good result after Third Revision Rhinoplasty? The process of determining if a patient is a candidate for a revision rhinoplasty is dependent on what the patient hopes to achieve with the revision surgery, and what has been performed to the nose in the past procedures. These two factors are more important then the amount of surgeries performed and will determine the likelihood of success. If I do not think a consulting patient will have a good aesthetic result with a revision procedure I would not offer to perform the procedure. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
