Revision rhinoplasty in Poland - is this normal? (Photo)

I am now 3 week PO revision rhinoplasty and I hate it it looks ugly and uneven. It seems to be getting worse each day. My surgeon won't reply to my emails or calls and I was treat very poorly by him. Is there anything I can do? Therefore unable to get any answers. Please help

It looks like a bruise, but you should see your surgeon to be sure.  If it were skin necrosis,  you would know by now since it would in the first few days after surgery, not nine day later.
