Lift, as well. However, it is difficult to assess the laxity of upper arm
tissue without an in-person examination. A reasonable option would be to
continue with the liposuction procedure, and after your arm has healed, make an
assessment regarding any loose skin. A brachioplasty (arm lift) could then be
performed, eliminating the stretched skin and providing the desired arm
contour. Make sure to put your trust in a board certified plastic surgeon, with
experience in liposuction and body contouring procedures. This will ensure the
safest and most satisfying results.

Based on your photos, I don't see loose skin now.  So I don't think you will have loose skin after surgery.  I would also recommend utilizing a skin tightener in conjunction with liposuction.  In my practice, I would recommend VASER® to get you the best results.Best of Luck!

Thank you for your question and photos. My question is: does your surgeon do liposuction just to remove fat from the back of the arm, or does he/she do VASER sculpting of the arms to provide muscle definition? With debulking liposuction, you might have some loose skin. With VASER liposuction you will not. The VASER needs to be used superficially under the skin and also deep down to the muscle fascia. This way, the surgeon can define the deltoid, triceps and biceps for a more athletic and youthful arm. If you trust your prospective surgeon, then you should trust his decision in this, too. I often do the arms too, with the BBL and abdominoplasty, since without it you'll have a youthful, athletic body with flabby thick arms. Good luck with your surgery.

Great question which I'll answer with a brief and succinct plan. First of all, It's difficult to assess your skin elasticity without an examination; however, I would:1) do the lipo first2) Then await 6-9 months to see how much skin contracts. If your not satisfied and you're ok with the brachialplasty scar, then proceed with the skin removal procedure. Thank you for your pictures and questions. Although it is hard to make an assessment based on a picture without a physical exam, I can try to offer an opinion. I think that you have a moderate amount of excess skin on your arms and if the area is aggressively liposuctioned, you are likely going to be left with some significant excess skin that is not going to procedure a very aesthetic result. Hope this helps!

The answer is not so much will you have loose skin after liposuction of your arms but rather how much and what would that look like it.
It's fair to say as a general statement that liposuction creates skin laxity in most areas.
There are exceptions where the skin the contracts.
Usually the change the skill laxity of the arms it's not that significant unless people expect the skin to be tightened.
Another way of putting this is if you hold your arm out straight like in your picture the scanner will not come up closer to Yarmouth and it is before the procedure.
It will also not hang low or at least in my experience.
The biggest change patients appreciate after arm liposuction is when their arm is in the down position.
While many people have good intentions of exercise most people usually stay with their routine habits I'll be there exercising or not exercising regardless of having surgical procedures.
Exercise has no impact on skin laxity.
Exercise only affects muscle, the cardiovascular system and to some degree or bone structure.
The best candidates for arm liposuction have thick layers of fat and tight skin.
This is generally true for all areas when it comes to liposuction.
People who have skin laxity to start with generally are not great candidates for liposuction.
Based on your pictures I would say you're an OK candidate for liposuction.
Not great but a reasonable thing to do if you want to decrease the size of your arms and don't mind the skin being a little looser.
If your plastic surgeon wants to do liposuction as a source of fat in order to have enough address for a proper Brazilian then it may be more reasonable to have liposuction on your arms.
One option is to have the liposuction done then consider a skin removal procedure of your arms later called a brachioplasty.
This procedure, unfortunately, tends to leave quite visible scars and this leads to not be all that popular except for people who have severe skin laxity like weight-loss patients.
In the end it's your decision.

There are too many variables to accurately answer your question.  One would have to feel your skin to assess its elasticity and then determine what type of lipo is being performed and the amount of tissue that is being removed.  Done conservatively, you have a good chance of having minimal laxity or deformity following a liposuction procedure on your arms.  Good luck.

Even with good photos, without an in person exam we can't comment of the degree of elasticity or loss of elasticity in your tissues. If you are hoping to avoid the scar from a brachioplasty (arm lift) you can always try the liposuction alone and if the skin is too loose then proceed with a true brachioplasty to remove the excess loose skin. 

Since you have loose skin now and no skin is being removed you should expect to have loose skin remaining after arm liposuction.  The main benefits of arm liposuction include a narrowing of the circumference for appropriate patients with subcutaneous fat that makes your arms feels more slender wearing a sleeve.  Taking off some of the weight of the upper arm also causes less drooping of the skin that is present but the procedure clearly will not significantly tighten or eliminate your excess skin.  From your photos I am not sure that you are a good candidate for the procedure but would need to examine you in person.  Discuss expected results with your selected surgeon to make your decision.  Enjoy the video above about arm liposuction that I provided.
