Answer: Will I have loose skin after arm Lipo? Thank you for your question and photos. My question is: does your surgeon do liposuction just to remove fat from the back of the arm, or does he/she do VASER sculpting of the arms to provide muscle definition? With debulking liposuction, you might have some loose skin. With VASER liposuction you will not. The VASER needs to be used superficially under the skin and also deep down to the muscle fascia. This way, the surgeon can define the deltoid, triceps and biceps for a more athletic and youthful arm. If you trust your prospective surgeon, then you should trust his decision in this, too. I often do the arms too, with the BBL and abdominoplasty, since without it you'll have a youthful, athletic body with flabby thick arms. Good luck with your surgery.

Answer: Loose skin on the arms after a lipo Great question which I'll answer with a brief and succinct plan. First of all, It's difficult to assess your skin elasticity without an examination; however, I would:1) do the lipo first2) Then await 6-9 months to see how much skin contracts. If your not satisfied and you're ok with the brachialplasty scar, then proceed with the skin removal procedure. Your final results will be better because of it Thank you for the question and Good luck!
