Im 5'4 and a 1/2 im small 135 and I have 30 percent body fat the doctor said he may be able to get 300 cc out of me will I see a difference?
Answer: The doctor said he may be able to get 300 cc of fat. Would I see a change? I think that it is very likely that much more fat can be obtained by an expert in thinner patient liposuction.Kenneth Hughes, MD

Answer: Butt Shaping Results with VASER HI DEF, ThermiRF, Fat grafting, Body Jet Yes, you would see a difference but it will be small since 300cc is very little. you can add sculptra and PRP post procedure to get more of an outcome. Liposuction is great not only for fat removal, but for shaping and contouring. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure. I use VASER with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal in addtion to providing lift and shaping for the butt. This combination will give you the best results with body shaping. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Small volume liposuction Liposuction is one of the most common, as well one of the most commonly misunderstood cosmetic procedures performed by plastic surgeons. Liposuction, or suction assisted lipectomy (SAL) as it is also known, allows a surgeon to contour a patient’s shape and address those areas resistant to diet and exercise. It is not a weight loss procedure and is best performed on patients who are at or near their target weight. The key point is that liposuction is primarily a sculpting and shaping tool meant to treat an area or areas that are resistant to attempts at diet and exercise. Based upon your photos, you appear to be in excellent shape. Most surgeons would agree that some of their most satisfying results have been in those patients with minor shaping/sculpting needs (in some cases low volume=high satisfaction). Try not to focus too intensely on cc's as a measure of liposuction effectiveness. Any estimation is just that...an estimate. Patients are encouraged to focus on an desired look or an improved contour. Your board certified plastic surgeon is uniquely qualified to assess your goals and deliver an effective operative plan.
