Drains v.s. no drains after aggressive full body lipo w/BBL fat?

Swtess_tabooty
Hello, I am planning to have aggressive full-body lipo w/BBL fat transfer. I am concerned, because the doctor I have chosen for my procedure does not appear to use drains. I know this is a common practice & the body will eventually absorb the fluid, but I am concerned that w/o drains the fluid has a higher chance of crystallizing. I just want to make the best informed decision possible and know the pros and cons of both techniques. I am 35, 5'4, and 132 lbs (if that makes any difference).
