You have a tuberose breast, you need a breast implant, and also the doctor need to cut the rings in your breast who give you that shape
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for breast augmentation. You have a very mild tuberous deformity but your overall shape is good and will only improve with implants to create a symmetric, projected, full result. I hope this helps.
Dear Sunflower, I assume you are asking your question on this forum for suggestions on how to enhance your breast appearance and it is regrettable that you do not appreciate the aesthetics of your breasts. When a plastic surgeon evaluates the appearance of a patient's breast, that surgeon is pleased to see that you have all the characteristics that will go toward a successful enhancement procedure, be it implants, fat grafting or a combination of both. First, your skin envelope is not tight, as you have stretched a bit from weight gain and loss. Second, your nipple position is optimal for a breast augmentation, neither too high or too low, and the borders of your breast are normally contoured, particularly in the lower breast which has adequate skin between nipple and fold for a breast augmentation. Should you wish to pursue breast augmentation, I am sure you will have a wonderful result.
recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Thank you tor posting. You are a perfect candidate for breast augmentation! By the way, your breasts are fine. You have very normal looking breasts. Not ugly at all! Just a bit small. Implants will certainly make them bigger, rounder, perkier and nicer. I’m sure you will be very happy with breast augmentation results! Best of luck,Dr. Miguel Mota
Based on these photos, you have pretty, symmetric, small breasts, possibly inverted (retracted) nipple on one side. Augmentation with silicone implants and, if needed, inverted nipple correction would be my suggestion. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, is recommended. Good luck.
Your breasts are widely separated, have stretch marks and an inverted nipple on the left side. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally sumuscular.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
There’s nothing wrong at all with your breasts. They have nice shape and symmetry. There are plenty of women who would love to have those breasts
Dear sunflowergirlie20,tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall. The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition. My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. This can often be done in a single procedure but sometimes may require two surgeries. That said, it is best that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and I am sorry the current appearance of your breasts has caused you concern. From a high-level viewpoint you have breasts that fall well pithing "normal." Perhaps if you could specify what bothers you about them then advice could be offered. Alternatively you could seek in-person consultations to discuss your concerns further.
It can be the edge of the implant, or it can be a new mass in your breast. Ideally, you should go to your plastic surgeon that placed the implant and ask for a follow up for them to examine you. If that is not possible, then I recommend you follow up with a board certified plastic surgeon who...
Hi there,Thanks for your question! It appears you do have a bit of breast ptosis (or a fancy way of saying your areolas point downwards!) This can be corrected by moving your areolas into a more central position on your chest. Hope that helps!
A gap between the breasts is normal, but some women are wider than others. You did not post a nude photo, so I cannot be specific. You might have some excess skin which can be removed with a lift. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your concerns.
