Hello, I'm concerned about my side profile. I'm aware that my over-jet adds to the imbalance & I'm in the process of fixing it with braces. What else can I do to achieve facial balance? I was thinking of a rhinoplasty, chin filler, or chin implant. Thanks. Update: new photos added
Answer: How to achieve facial balance. A chin implant is going to help tremendously, so this is where I would start. A rhinoplasty to reduce the slight hump and refine the tip would be your next move.

Answer: Facial Balance Good Morning! The photos you've provided are very helpful. A rhinoplasty to refine and decrease the size of your nose may be a good option. The overall changes needed would likely be subtle as your nose has a nice form already. A chin implant or filler can work well. You want to make sure you don't overproject you chin as that may seem artificial. Filler would be a good starting point in the chin to ensure that you like the result. If you place an implant and hate it, you need it removed. Hope this is helpful!

Answer: Would you be a good candidate for rhinoplasty, Chin filler or chin implant? Would you be a good candidate for rhinoplasty, Chin filler or chin implant? By textbook standards your nose is slightly over projecting with a tiny dorsal hump. Your chin is minimally weak. A very limited rhinoplasty with long lasting filler is an option. A small chin implant is also an option. Of note your nose is somewhat short and in front view you show quite a bit of nostril‘s, so any rhinoplasty should address only the projection and certainly not shorten the nose or rotate the tip.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and chin augmentation Thank you for your question and photos! You have a lovely face based on the photos, but I do agree with you that you could benefit from a chin augmentation and rhinoplasty. The tip of your nose appears bulbous in the photos and a rhinoplasty would help to file down the bump in the center of the nose and reshape the tip cartilage into a more delicate, feminine nose. Your chin is slightly underprojected compared to the rest of your facial features and you could consider an augmentation with either filler or a small silicone implant. The filler option is not permanent but you could try it first to see if you like it and then proceeded with the surgical implant for a more permanent result. I recommend you consult in person with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon to go over your goals and see if these procedures are right for you.

Answer: What can I do to achieve facial balance? Nasal cosmetic surgery and a chin implant are frequently performed together in the appropriate patient. The ideal aesthetic result should be individualized to achieve harmony with your other facial features and improve the areas that concern you. Whether a long lasting chin implant or a more temporary filler would be optimal depends on multiple factors including your desired outcome and personal anatomy. Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or a facial plastic surgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. The extent and length of the procedure, cost, and the specific operative steps to achieve an ideal cosmetic result vary from patient to patient and would depend on the findings at your consultation examination.
