I want it to be better looking and less weird, the ideal feminine side profile is something like Luma Grothe’s, I want mine as close to that as possible. Should I get my nose more downturned, remove hump and make alar base smaller, chin implant… also tear troughs filler, I want higher cheekbones that protrude more, and a more voluminous forehead, would that all look good? My eyelids look weird for some reason, too much fat?
