After years of being self conscious of my nose I'm able to seriously consider rhinoplasty. I would be grateful for any suggestions as to what improvements could be made. Thanks in advance.
Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello, You can rhinoplasty surgery to make your nose looks smaller by decreasing its projection, also the tip can be made mare defined and less droopy by rotating the tip up. You have a slight deviation that can also be improved. It is better to consult with a rhinoplasty surgeon to examine you and discuss how your nose might look after the surgery.

The photos you present are somewhat limited but based on what I can see, it seems that your nose is slightly long and over projecting by textbook standards. Making your nose slightly smaller, meaning slightly shorter and slightly less projecting would be the goal if your taste is consistent with the textbooks of aesthetics.

Answer: What changes can be made with rhinoplasty? Thank you for sharing your questions and photos. Ideally, your entire face would be included in the photo as well as lateral/profile views. However, from what can be seen in your photos it appears you would require only subtle changes to make large improvements in the overall appearance. The nasal dorsum and nasal tip are slightly large (overprojected) and some additional definition could be achieved in your nasal tip. Again, it's hard to tell based on the views provided, but a small chin implant could improve overall proportions on profile view. If you're seriously considering surgery a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty would be the next step. Surgeons often offer simulated imaging to show you anticipated "after" results. This can be quite informative and can be performed for both the rhinoplasty and chin implant results. Good luck! A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Your nose needs to be reduced by lowering the bridge and raising the tip. There are many different ways to approach a nose do I recommend a few consults to compare the options.
