You have wide nasal bones and a mild hump. This can be improved with a rhinoplasty. The bones are broken and pushed inwards (Osterotomies with infracture). The mild hump can be shaved with rasps. RegardsDr. J
Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. The best thing to do is to go in for consultation with a surgeon that does computer imaging. That way, the surgeon can show you what can be done and you can decide if you like it. You could certainly take the bump down and make the tip less long, while keeping it looking like a natural male nose. Be sure to see an expert rhinoplasty surgeon for consultation.
Hello, In order to achieve what you want, you can set up a consultation with your preferred plastic surgeon and they will be able to set up a plan.
You would benefit from a rhinoplasty. Your dorsum is slightly irregular, you have a very wide nasal bones that need to be pulled in and the tip needs to be refined.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide nasal appearance on front view with a small dorsal hump and a droopy tip with smiling. These issues may be corrected upon, however, it's difficult to set goals for rhinoplasty surgery utilizing a cartoon character profile. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this Helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Your frontal views show a rather wide nasal bridge at the top, where it's made out of bone. The profile view shows a nose where the bridge can be lowered quite a bit and still not leave you with a nose too weak for your other facial features, and the tip could stand to be raised, still, without leaving you with a nose that would be inappropriate. The cartoon photos show the same changes, just to a degree that would be too much for your face. But given those preferences, you look like a good candidate for a rhinoplasty.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
It would be best to make appointments with three rhinoplasty specialists through a virtual consultation or an in-person consultation. Digital computer imaging of your nose upon your facial features would be helpful. The imaging needs to be done with better photographs, not selfies. If you're having any breathing difficulty that will require an in person consultation to diagnose a deviated septum on the internal portion of the nose. Choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience producing natural results, since rhinoplasty is the most difficult operation to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery. Study your prospective surgeon's rhinoplasty photo gallery, which should be extensive.
From the information you’ve included I recommend you wait until you’re 26 years old and then have multiple in person consultations.Men can get away with a bigger nose and there is less of a need for correction. The some of your nose is slightly high, but this continues all the way up to your Radix.Unless the Radix is sufficiently lowered A reduction rhinoplasty is going to give you a concave slope of your nose, which is feminineI don’t think a rhinoplasty in your case maintaining a strong masculine look is easy or straightforward. This is because of the high Radix(The upper part of your nose where it attaches to your forehead.Lowering the ratings is possible, but lowering it significantly is challenging. My best recommendation is to slow down the train and not have surgery, especially at your age. There’s not a strong indication for surgical intervention and I think your face is good and your nose is simply part of your character. If you stop focusing on it. Your life will be great. If you continue to focus on your nose by spending too much time in front of the mirror, then you’ll create a problem that doesn’t really exist.Young men should be looking for what to mount and not at them self.To make things really clear I do not recommend you have rhinoplasty surgery.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. Based on the attached photos, if they are Post-op photos still you have residual nasal hump and droopy tip not fixed.
