Yes, a rhinoplasty can rotate your nose superiorly to improve tip aesthetics.  However, there is always a need to match the dorsum to the tip, and there may be the need for septal cartilage strut, so it would not be simple tip-plasty.

Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers.
