I hate the look of my 800cc implants. What should I do? (photo)

I started with 650silicone being unhappy with the sagging look I found the 2nd surgeon and showed him pics of the look I wanted he said in order for me to get the upper fullness look I want I should up cc. I currently have 800saline in the pics ur seeing. Now I want SMALLER implants and I want them to sit high and stay in place no sagging what should I do? After lookn at the other ladies on the website I've come to the conclusion of a Lollipop & Internal Bra Procedure? pls helpI'm also 25... 5'11 170lbs slim curvy model frame. I think I need too down size and have the Internal bra procedure with a lift. They sit good with bra or support drop bad without
