It would be a good idea to discuss this with your dentist or maxillofacial surgeon first, since bite problems are usually corrected surgically with moving the jaw which will also alter the chin. If there is no need for surgery to correct the bite, a genioplasty might be a good option for you to bring the chin forward and downwards.

There is no definite right or wrong answer, so what I am saying is just my personal professional opinion. Your labiomental fold sits slightly high and has a slight convexity (=depth). My own preference would be to move the bone forward instead of an implant to reduce the risk of an overpowering chin following surgery.
I would suggest to discuss this with your surgeon who has more information about you than I.

Thank you for your enquiry. There is no strict follow up time and everybody does it differently. However, for rhinoplasty surgery, I follow up my own for 1-3 years because it takes over a year for the tissues to settle and most of my colleagues that I know of are doing the same. I think it would make sense if your doctor sees you again.

Thank you for posting this. Your face is very well proportioned. There is a rule of lower facial thirds which says that in an attractive face, the distance between the nose and the mouth is half of that between the mouth and the chin. I would not recommend any surgery.
