Bella Vou and the team are always welcoming and accompanied dating. Mark Holmes is the ideal clinician. Good listener. Empathetic manner and all the skills to back up his aesthetic insight. Brilliant as ever. Great bespoke treatment. Would not trust anyone else.
I had a treatment in mind but came to Mark for his professional assessment of whether it was the best procedure for me. I found the reassurance that it was and that I would be in safe hands. I booked it immediately and am delighted with the outcome so far.

Mark and Bella vou were great, everyone was helpful and friendly, clinic was clean and professional. I had laser resurfacing around my mouth, which I personally didnt find painful, but the recovery is uncomfortable and looks pretty awful until completely healed. Even once scabs have gone you have a very red face for a few weeks! My treatment was around £600 but im afraid I saw no difference whatsoever in the lines or texture of my skin after having this treatment!
I recently had a CO2 laser treatment and my experience has been incredibly positive from start to finish. From the initial consultation, I felt well-informed, comfortable, and confident in the team’s expertise.
