58 year old female years after she had breast cancer reconstruction. Fourteen years prior she had anatomic saline implants placed for her reconstruction. She was unhappy with the appearance of her left breast. She had a high riding inframmary fold on the left and her right anatomic implant was malrotated. I revised both breasts by removing her old anatomic saline implants and replacing them with Mentor smooth round silicone implants.
