Let me start by saying Dr. Nikfarjam is the Best! I had this illegal substance removed on 1/6&8/2026! Pain is ok about a 6/10! Scar is under butt cuff and is healing on point and is kinda u detectable. I can now lay on my back( not recommended yet) without the excruciating pain i was feeling! It hurted so bad to lay on my back as it felt i was laying on bricks in my buttocks! They weight of my butt was heavy! Now it has a lighter feeling and the pain in legs and back is GONE IMMEDIATELY!!! I cant thank him enough for saving my life! It took less than 2 weeks for my approval thru insurance once my labs and Mri was done! If you are thinking about calling him..JUST DO IT! U will NOT regret it. I only regret not finding him sooner and i regret the act of choosing butt shots! Sometime in april i look forward to going for bbl to correct volume again. Hospital staff was polite around the clock! Dr Nik comes to check on u daily while u there each day... I must thsnk my coordinator Brianna who got all my affairs with insurance in order and all my paperwork to get my time on job approved! She texts and calls to see how u doing and feeling daily! She is literally THE BEST! She calls begore surgery, during the hospital stay and even made calls and happy face texts checking on me dince my arrival home! I see many Doctors that do this procedure but im soooo glad i chose Dr. Nik!!! If you thinking, think no longer. Call and ask for Brianna!!

After a serious car accident, I was left with a long, noticeable scar running vertically down my abdomen. I’m going to start off by saying-If you are looking for a dr and boss team for silicone removal -They are the one -from dr Jeremy S. Nikfarjam to Brianna and hospital staff-Top tier Doc bed-side manners very dapper may I say. It started with the lovely Briana guiding me about the process and making sure all is well and what is to be expected-I felt safe not to mention )My insurance covered the procedure ) My Surg was 11/20 and for the first time I was so happy too get this done (I’ve searched for years for the right dr and this year I stumbled upon New you plastic Surgery Ig page and started watching Doc Jeremy videos-I instantly felt I would be in great because I saw the passion in his eyes”I’ll call him “The chosen One” All in all my Surg went well-and my tushy actually looks good no bumps and lumps-swelling have to go down but /yes pain is there but it’s getting better as the days go by—so far I’m 100 pleased I saw him 11/27 for my follow up and again-Great manners and very compassionate Don’t walk run to this man-The best! My experience was Phenomenal from the moment Brianna called me until the day I met them in person . My experience with Dr.Nikfarjam made me feel as if I was with family the office is absolutely beautiful . The weight of the bad decisions I made over 10!years ago was lifted in the very 1st interaction I had with him he made me feel so secure even the my tears although no promises were made he sure did deliver. I’m currently recovering I should be headed to my hotel today . My Surgeries were 11/14-11/16 I was able to rest on 11/15 .Dr.Nik was the last person I seen before surgery & the 1st person I seen when I woke up he literally held my hand through the entire process . I prayed for someone like him & his staffs for years . Ladies if you are READY TO SAVE YOUR LIFE PLEASE LET THEM DO IT. I feel FREE & light with minimal PAIN I BARELY USE THE PAIN PUMP . I prayed for years to be able to have this silicone removal & when I read reviews about Dr.Nikfarjam they were all excellent. I spoke with Brianna she helped me the entire time never missed a beat late night calls & texts she was there .I flew in From Detroit last week for 24hours to do my pre Op where I met Doc he was even better in person. Finally I’m back my stage 1 was Tuesday it was unreal how Dr. Nik makes you feel as if you are his only patient .He was the last person I seen before I went to sleep & the 1st person I seen when I woke up for ROUND 1 & 2 he explained everything he left no room for doubt even when I was hard on myself for making such a stupid decision none of the staff make you feel that way .I had minimal pain nothing the pain pump couldn’t fix I’ve been walking and talking per usual. The Staff here at the HOSPITAL ARE EXCEPTIONAL. It’s so clean they are so friendly the food is even Great I literally couldn’t have pictured things going this perfectly . I’am very grateful to Dr. Nikfarjam and his entire work team, from administrative and medical. I’m POLYMERS patient, I’am from Fort Worth, TX and I traveled to New York for my surgery.. l had a bad experience 20 years ago I had Polymers injected in to my buttocks under false pretenses they told me it was hyaluronic acid. 5 years ago on 2017 I stated with legs, feet, knees, back with horrible pain weakness, swelling , depression, decoloration, some days I can not walk. Last May Iam developed a fistula on my right buttock which oozes an oily liquid and did not close. With MRI with contrast doctor saw many of granulomas was in there’s. Finally after my long search for some doctor help me I find Dr. Nikfarjam thanks God. I had the surgeries September 12 and 14 2023. It is incredibly that next day of the surgery I felt slight improvement that I could not believe, my feet had not sensation since 13 months ago and day after surgery I recovery 50% of my sensitivity, today all my symptoms are improving little by little every day, which will be better very soon Dr. Nikfarjam explained entire process to me in detail, he gave me that confidence and security that everything would turn well. Doc Nikfarjam, saved my life by removing silicone injection from my butt. He explained the entire procedure and make sure I understand clearly what he would be doing. His bedside manner is nothing less than professional, compassionate,empathetic and humanitarian.His team are no exception, they are beyond awesome. My coordinator is Brianna, she is super sweet. She checked on me very often making sure I was ok before and after the procedure. She replied promptly to any questions I may asked at any time of the day. I would recommend any one to this team, they are like angels in disguise.

Initially I had decided I did not want to share my story. Given my great experience, I changed my mind in hopes that anyone else in this situation can find an end to the long pain and discomfort ordeal that is living with silicone injections. After a year long of reading reviews on this platform on Dr. Nikfarjams work, I decided to contact his office. His office quickly responded and I was immediately assigned to a Surgical Coordinator Brianna Diaz. She was kind, patient and extremely helpful through out the entire process. Once my Insurance approved the two stage procedure, a procedure date was set. I was very nervous on the procedure. On 8/7/23 - Pre Ops appointment. During this appointment I met with Dr Nik person. He is very warm, confident and charismatic person. Listens to your concerns and also makes sure to go over every single step of the process. I left reassured and feeling positive about this upcoming procedure. On 8/22/23 - First Surgery at LIJ Hospital to remove as much silicone as possible. I checked in at 6:30am to the hospital. I was admitted and prepped for surgery. Dr Nik walked me through the whole process once again. He literally held my hand i to the OR. Again he genuinely cares about his patients. An hour later i woke up in the recovery room. I woke up drowsy and sluggish. In a bit of pain but nothing Dr Niks team didn't handle. 8/23/2024 - The day after the fist surgery, and the day before the 2nd surgery. Today was a rest day in between both surgeries. Dr Nik came by to check up as well. All the nurses and staff was wonderful, caring, kind and compassionate. The pain was manageable throughout this process. 8/24/2023 - Today is the day 2nd surgery to wash out and perform a high lift. Again I was prepped for the OR and again we went. Dr. Nik was always friendly and again walked me through the whole process.I was out of the OR within the hour. Woke up in the recovery room drowsy and sluggish but its all part of the process. Within the hour I was back in my assigned room in moderate pain, which again was manageable by the Doctors team. Got to sleep through the night. 8/25/2024 - Today is the day I am discharged. I couldn't had woken up feeling better today. The pain was a lot less intense. I felt lighter and better. I am glad I went through with this surgery. Looking forward to my post opt appointment to have the drains removed and start feeling better and hopefully soon work on the 3rd and final reconstructive part. I am forever thankful for Dr. Nik and his team! Can begin to describe how much better I feel thus far. Once we have completed the 3rd and final step - reconstructive surgery I will come again and provide and update in about 8 weeks. Until then I am grateful to have finally gotten past this week and come out happier than I was. Updated on 21 Sep 2023: Drains came out yesterday! I couldn't had been happier! I made the best decision. I feel so much better, Dr Nik is really the GOAT of Silicone removal. Another happy patient! I would recommend anyone looking to remove silicone to see Dr Nik. They are non-judgmental team of professional. Updated on 12 Dec 2023: I couldn't be happier with my results. My buttocks are shaping up nice, tight and lifted. His hands are a gift from GOD. His work is truly remarkable. I look forward to my following procedure. PS: please do not be discouraged by other patients negatives reviews. Having patience and realistic expectation of the before and after are very important. Dr. Nik will not promise what he cannot deliver. His honesty and professionalism are truly admirable. A few years before meeting Dr Nil, I had been completed mislead by a different plastic surgeon here in NYC. I wish i wouldve went with Dr. Nik from the very beginning. Hello everyone. This doctor gave my life back. Dr. Nik removed biopolymers from my buttocks five weeks ago. I am very greatful with God for putting Dr. Nik in my life to remove poison from my body. About twenty years ago I got silicone injections in Colombia. It was the thing to do back then. Being young and foolish, all I cared about was the look of my new butt and not the side effects. My symptoms (chronic back pain, numbness in my legs, sciatic nerve pain, malformation, skin discoloration and depression over the look of my butt) got worse with time. For the last seven years, I looked for doctors in New York to remove the silicone. Unfortunately, no one was willing to help me. I started looking for doctors in Colombia, however I did not like their technique, the awful scars in the buttocks and the extremely expensive prices. I finally found Dr. Nik who made me feel confident about the procedure. After five weeks post-op I am feeling amazing. My buttocks has a beautiful natural looking shape and minimal scarring considering the procedure. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Nik, Brianna Diaz (Coordinator for Silicone Removal) and all the staff who have helped to patch me up and get me back to the confident woman I once was.

Back in 2009. I made the dumbest decision to get butt shots. worst decision I have ever made in my life. I decided to look into getting removal way before having symptoms, but did not have insurance to do so. I started showing symptoms during Covid. And that’s because I was sitting more. I noticed my discoloration started to get worse. I started having pains shooting down my legs. Then sleepless nights, irritability. Hardening of the buttocks, due to scar tissue. This was the worst thing I have done to myself. The pain at night was worse. I don’t understand why I can never get comfortable. My lymph nodes were extremely swollen in my groin area. I looked into doctors in my area, and there was nothing in New Jersey. I also looked into doctors in Columbia, but wanted to stay in the states in case something was to happen. I decided to use Dr Nikfarjam. I am glad I did. Him and his staff are truly amazing. They made me feel very comfortable without judgment. They are truly sympathetic and do their best to help you out with any questions you have. Even after surgery they check up on me through text email and however, which way is more convenient for me I’m so happy I made a decision to have removal decision I could’ve made Updated on 17 May 2023: My drains were removed. I was a little sore the day after they were removed, but that seemed very natural being that they were in me for a few weeks. I am a little sore but nothing I cannot handle my skin is looking a lot better to me. A lot lighter than before. Hopefully the discoloration will go away. Completely fingers crossed. Updated on 3 Jun 2023: So it’s been 5 weeks since my removal! I’m feeling good. My butt is a lot softer. Still a little firm in certain areas. And I still have a lot of discoloration. 50/50 chance it might never go away. But I guess I have to except that. I did this to myself. Updated on 22 Aug 2023: Hello everyone. I am 17 weeks post op. I am feeling great and very excited to have my third and final stage completed. My surgery date is 9/11/23. I am extremely excited. As you can see from my current pictures that I still have a lot of discoloration. But the doctor did say that there was a 5050% chance that it might not go away. Fine with that there are other options. My butt is feeling great. Still a little hard, but a lot softer than it was before surgery. I will keep you posted active my stage three is completed.
