Dr Ngan made me feel comfortable and validated from the start. I'd previously had an uncomfortable experience with another surgeon (male, had good reviews), which put me off having the surgery for a few years. Dr Ngan constantly reminded me of my autonomy throughout the entire process - which is what was lacking (among other things) with the surgeon I initally saw. Dr Ngan answered any questions I had and made the process and cost incredibly clear from the start. The surgery day itself was made anxiety and stress-free, with essentially an entire female team.

I think it takes skill for someone with definitely a high volume of patients to make you feel like you're the only patient - and Dr Ngan did just that, which I really appreciated.

I recently underwent a breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Natalie after discovering one of my breast implants had ruptured (initial surgery carried out elsewhere!) and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results.
